KenyaThe towels were so old and not nice The room was never cleaned the entire time I stayed there It's a beach front hotel but we couldn't sit on the sun beds unless we bought food/drink at the restaurant The hotel manager Jenipher was not reachable the entire time - she never responded to any of my messages There is no WIFI The furniture was so old. The dinning chair even tore my trouser pajama No hot water in the showers Very poor customer service. The hotel reception was closed the entire time. At some point I didn't feel safe especially at night there is no management personnel accessible in case of any emergency. It felt lonely at some point. Electricity system needs an upgrade. Flickering lights and many instances of short circuits that made us even scared as some point. Broken sockets.

KenyaThe restaurant also had some nice dishes however, some dishes later became unavailable and that was a bit inconvenient. The manager also needs to be on top of his game at all times and improve his customer service skills.
The location was amazing, the beach view was cool and my room was spacious and comfy. The fan was very helpful as well.

KenyaI recently stayed at Coconut Beach Resort in Diani, Kenya, and had a mixed experience. The private beach was a highlight, offering a serene escape with a restaurant that had a lovely ambiance and exceptionally pleasant staff. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but unfortunately, several maintenance issues detracted from the experience. The shower floor flooded during use, and the bathroom sink lacked a plug, emitting an unpleasant smell. The kitchen storage area also had a persistent odor, some utensils were rusted, and the fridge didn’t close properly, which made preserving food a challenge. While the location and atmosphere were enjoyable, addressing these maintenance issues would greatly enhance the overall experience.

UkraineI don't like no WiFi connection in my room, in front of my room. I don't like lack of electricity so often. Almost 4/10 days staying. I don't like my gas cooker, it fires in a strange way. I don't like the lack of mosquito nets. Or they are broken. You need to hold the shower head because the mount is broken when there is no electricity all your food goes to waste

KenyaCleaning was not done regularly as promised and there was a small opening where monkeys could easily gain access to the room and to the kitchen.Because I was on a very tight budget,I found 25$ too expensive for meals at the restaurant for one person

KenyaIt wasn’t so clean : my bedding was dusty on the day of check in , these wasn’t changed until I left and there was some cockroaches 🪳in the bathroom.
Its exactly by the ocean 🌊🌴; the waves hit the wall you’re just sitting by. Try to wake up for the sunrise it’s magnificent and you can just be rested by the swinging seats with the sound of the Ocean 🌊. The area was actually really Safe and the locals much too friendly 😁
