The hotel has very beautiful grounds, rooms are spacious and well decorated. Food was good and tasty. Pool was good. Very nice hotel.

The all inclusive package was super limited - it does not include wine and basic mocktails.

The WiFi connection is poor . It is available in all public areas but it lags and has really poor connections which is a major inconvenience. Would suggest they get extenders for other areas (especially the rooms) and a better network provider for the connection. Another thing to be cognisant of is that not all the tourists understand Swahili or Italian so when playing the games or doing the activities with the animation team - to primarily speak English which everyone can understand or play the games in English , Italian and Swahili continuously so nobody feels left out or is confused.

Beautiful location. Very friendly and attentive staff. Lots to do in the resort itself - daily activities and shows. The food was great - a very nice variety and buffet style so you can choose what good suits you. So much about this stay was amazing . Looks exactly like the pictures . White sand private beach with security.

Very beautiful ambience,right on the beach ...comfortable facilities,private location and the most amazing hospitable staff ....from check-in all the way to house keeping! The staff at Jumbo really care about their guests.No request was a bother...special mention goes to Francis(restaurant/bar) and Mohammed.Wow....i was really touched by the genuineness of the care here. (Francis thank you for the dawa-you made our stay fantastic all of you). World class staff😊.Hospitality was on another level here....you guys have to visit Jumbo and experience it for yourselves! I was there recently and i will definitely be back in future.

The beach boys are a total putoff,early morning walk on the beach was a total nightmare...everyone wants to offer you services.

The the whole property was under going refurbishment including the pool which was not mentioned on booking.com. The pool was the main reason we chose it but staff was kind enough to give us a discount

Sink was blocked for entire stay, not fixed. The beach was shockingly very very dirty with all sorts of waste and plastics, could not swim on the beach due to the dirty environment

The hotel exceeded our expectations in many regards. Mainly the staff was very nice and trying to help you always out. The pearl of this hotel is that the managers/owners were with all the time and had the overview on many things such as food. The food was incredible! I really suggest you come to this place. The beach was also beautiful. You could have a nice swim during high tides as well since the waves in this part of the city are not that high.

The sellers on the beach were a bit too much trying to sell but the hotel guards were taking care of it. Supermarket and the ATM were far away and the butique at the hotel didn't have many things to offer.

Very friendly and willing to help staff. Many activities like pool gym, streching, games and beach party. Beach was amazing and not crowded put peaceful and nice sandy.

A nice place in Jackaranda. Its little out of Watamu, accessible only by dirt-road. But because of this, you are less disturbed by beach-boys. Nice sea and confortable sunbeds. Not crowded at all. Very fair price! Italian managers Angelina and Massimilianl are really open and helpful.
