The bathroom and the refrigerator

Good location on the beach, very friendly staff, nice pool, nice food. The standard room which I stayed in was a little dated especially the bathroom. Bathtub was available but not functional since the fixtures are broken, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to disconnect it overnight, but overall I had a good experience and I'd definitely visit again.

The location was okay. The rooms look old but are well maintained. For business stay however the hotel is quite adequate

Rooms are a little dated and the exteriors could use a touch of paint, but i believe this was being addressed.. Snack options could be more diverse and lunch too on the all inclusive package

The staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Japhet at the cocktail bar was exceptional.., the pool area and dining and and beach front were amazing and it's a lovely spot with amazing access to activities and other restaurants. Sunrises were particularly stunning and water amazing...it was all around good value for money

Hotel didn't allow 2 person in one room, but in booking. Com it was shown that one room is for 2 person. We also booked for 4 person in 2 rooms but from Hotel they allowed only one person in one room

The guy who helped with luggage was not communicating, he just took my bag and went 😂😂old beddings and towels og!Buildings need renovations badly. Spa is close

Food was adequate and delicious , room is spacious , Breakfast take away was very substandard. I loved my window:balcony view of the ocean and coconut trees. Waves in my sleep👌🏾👌🏾 Dinners were my best moments... i think a soft drink must be included.

The maintenance is a bit overdue: it could use a fresh coat of paint here and there. There could also be a little more variety in breakfast. Fresh rolls would be nice.

Some areas of the hotel were lacking a little "TLC", some of the exterior painting was a little drab but in a very humid area understandable. Hotel sun loungers need replacing as very old now and they can only be repired so many times.

I was upgraded on arrival to a Premier Room and I could not complain other than it was at the back of the hotel area with a garden view. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, plenty of drinks and available early. I did not take dinner as i was B&B

Little drinking water in the room. Facility maintenance is wanting. Fruits, especially watermelon, sweet melon, and bananas can be better.

The staff was friendly/pleasant. Breakfast and Dinner were generally good. Karaoke was good but repeated many times-variety would help. I liked the 4 pm tea and snacks.

There’re some minor issues that can be easily addressed. I booked for a double bed bedroom but the receptionist gave me a room with a king sized bed, when we got in pillows didn’t have pillowcases, tried to dial for assistance but the landline telephone wasn’t working so had to walk back to the lobby to ask for it. The pool wasn’t that clean than my previous stays. Other than that everything was perfect.

I’ve stayed in this hotel more than seven times and the first time was when I was a child with my family. So It’s the nostalgia that brings me to it. It’s a walking distance by the beach to restaurants like Yul’s and La casa di nico

1. The duvet in the room was too heavy especially with the bedcover. 2. The pillows were extremely lumpy. 3. The bath/shower was very old and stained and needed replacing. 4. Service of drinks by the pool or especially in the restaurant was delayed by the need for the waiters to had to trek to the outside bar. A chiller should be provided within the restaurant and closer to the pool bar to save staff time and give a better service. 5. Poolside cushions, loungers, towels and umbrellas were damaged or in need of replacement.

All the staff throughout the hotel, restaurant, pool area and bars were excellent - polite, friendly and helpful especially Margaret on the reception desk!! The restaurant for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner gave a great choice with attentive staff - so helpful. Bedroom was spacious and modern with a lovely view to the sea. Evening entertainment was fun and very special.

The staff are very welcoming 👌👌🙏and they greeted my elderly mum politely.They checked us in,made a special diet plate for my mum. The bathtub wasnt working but then fixed quickly

Large group of high school girls who screamed and giggled for 24 hours non-stop. No response from management when asked to intervene.
