Food has to be ordered well in advance. They close the kitchen…, You also have to confirm with the owner before you can order any food. The rooms that had an ‘ocean view’ had no clear sight of the ocean

Check in and Check out were easy. Staff are available to help with anything. The houses are clean, big, well furnished and I absolutely loved the paintings around the property. It’s close to the town centre.

Beautiful and clean place. Lovely pool, and staff is friendly, also management is very friendly and forthcoming. Only downside is the kitchen is not equipped to cook, and the food that can be ordered from the cooks that work at the property is relatively expensive.

Some amenities need an upgrade i.e the mattress on the bed was quite worn out.

The location is near town, the greenery around the compound makes the place beautiful, lush and airy, I loved the swimming pool. The house is also quite spacious with a beautiful outdoor seating area.The host is great, easy to reach, very responsive and gives great recommendations on the town and places to visit .

Should provide more linen when one has small kids. Should also provide a small mop or broom for cleaning.

Le Pleiadi is 10 min drive from Malindi airport and close to the towns amenities e.g. restaurants ,banks, supermarkets. The place is very clean with well lowned green gardens. Has a large swimming pool. The rooms are clean and spacious with air conditioning. House keeping done once every two days. We enjoyed our stay as a family and highly recommend it.

Maybe I can say, you should always check and confirm on your TV's in the rooms if they are working or not before clients check-in.

Clean and quiet and beautiful grounds. Large well appointed apartments. Good breakfast brought to the room. It has been raining and the staff helped us safely get past flooded areas.

The place struggles to offer food and drinks to its guests, which would improve the overall experience. It has little choices for guests with special diets or requirements. Longer stays would become challenging

The place is beautifully set to enjoy a peaceful stay in Malindi. The facilities are well kept, and the staff are very friendly. It is distant enough from the city centre to feel disconnected and enjoy that extra privacy

You have to go out to buy food or use their chef.I thought I had paid for food and accommodation but the manager at the Hotel told me I had only paid for the accomodation.This was a surprise The booking. com app did not indicate that the fee had no food, I only learnt that at the hotel. i thought i had paid for food and accommodation since i paid in advance using my VISA card. It was dissapointing to learn from the manager of Le Pleiadi tbat i had to pay extra for food.The shower was not working which made our stay uncomfortable ,for they took 2 days to fix it and the manager blamed us for the spoilt shower yet we found it not working .

The place is pretty and quiet with beautiful trees and landscape views by the swimming pool .

The reception was awesome very friendly and exceptional, friendly staff, very serene facility, Exceptional ocean view and to sum it up a clean well-lit swimming pool with all security measures in place which is accessible 24/7. Breakfast served on time according to your own convenient time. This is home away from home, I would recommend this facility to anyone anytime.

This is an amazing resort and you will be well taken care if here. U chose the apartment which was huge with air conditioning and breakfast brought to me each morning. The pool was glorious as were the gardens. A lively stay!

The property is a serene place ideal for relaxation. The room was spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities. The communication with the owner & the manager was impecable. Would definitely recommend it!
