What is on booking.com and the reality is totally different. A lot of noise from an adjacent construction site . The rates don't include breakfast yet it's high. According to the advert,we were to pay extra 599 for breakfast but we were charged 650 for something very little.

They gave us the roof we did not pay for. Only moved to the right room on the second night. Breakfast is not very good. Also they did not tell us their pool closes at 6 everyday for treatment therefore was unable to use the pool. There was no hot water the entire time we were there and the wifi is very poor.

The neighborhood is quite alright and the pictures shown were correct.

The toilets were outside and this was never put clear in the advert. The painting works were ongoing which offered alot of inconveniences.

Swimming pool and the proximity to the beach were my best experience.

it seems there was a thief. I suspect the housekeeper but I cannot be certain. 3-4,000 shillings were stolen as well as wireless earphones and a power bank. Management should be sure of quality staff. this is the first place in Kenya I have ever been robbed in a hotel.

The way the breakfast was being served was a complete letdown. I came for holidays with my family to relax not them going and bringing snacks from the Kitchen. It reminded them of school routine, something that I wanted them to forget for at least one week before going back to school.

The room had almost zero ventilation. Mosquito net had holes allowing in mosquitoes. So imagine trying to sleep and you're sweating profusely, despite the fan being on, and mosquitoes feasting on you. It was a disaster. They need to fumigate the place as they have too many plants around, assuming those are the breeding grounds for the mosquitoes.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Right from the reception desk. The pool looked nice and clean although I got there a little too late to go in. I like to have an early morning dip, but was told operation starts at 8am.

We stayed in room 205. We had booked room in January 2024 for 17th March check-in. We were shocked to find the bathroom in a rundown state. The aircon was not working. This should have been checked well on advance of our arrival. It's seems the aircon hasn't worked in ages. The ocean view is now blocked by a massive construction building going on. This hotel should be removed from Booking.com

The many reviews here are 'Disappointing'. I will add mine and it is 'Extremely Disappointing'. I booked and paid premium for the family room where they promised 'Ocean View'. After checking in, there was none of that. I was placed in the middle of a construction project with never-ending noise. The property should urgently update their photos to reflect the reality. Also, they should greatly reduce their prices as there is no value for money.  The only good thing you will encounter there is the staff. They are really kind and supportive. However, their contribution is dampened by the 'deception' on the side of the property which leads to overall client dissatisfaction.

Breakfast was not included in the high price for such a shabby room. The bathtubs taps weren't working. There was hardly any water coming out of the shower. The picture of the hotel doesn't reflect reality. There used to be direct access to the beach with a good view of the ocean. Because now, a huge building in construction blocks the view the access to beach and the view to the ocean. In order to go to the beach, you have to go around several blocks. Pictures do not reflect the reality.
