AustraliaThe included breakfast was quite minimal and on some days offered cooked items from the kitchen, but not on other days. In the room, the pillows were too small and unsupportive. The hot water in the shower becomes hot, but takes some time to run.
The property offered a resort style hotel stay at an affordable price in Mombasa. The Nyali Centre Shopping Mall is located a few blocks away from the hotel and provides easy access to supermarkets, banks and stores. The bar beside the pool was a relaxing setting and the service was attentive, with delicious food options offered. Staff at the property were welcoming and helpful, although a better explanation of the property's facilities upon check-in would have been welcomed.

KenyaI recently stayed at Pine Breeze Resort Hotel and was unfortunately left quite disappointed. The hotel's amenities and overall condition fell short of my expectations. One of the most frustrating issues was the malfunctioning toilet. It simply refused to flush, making it extremely inconvenient and unsanitary. Additionally, the television in the room did not work, eliminating a potential source of entertainment during my stay. The hotel's decor appeared tired and outdated, creating a less than welcoming atmosphere. Furthermore, while the hotel's website suggested a nearby beach, I found that it was not within walking distance, requiring additional transportation. To top it off, the restaurant's menu was quite basic, offering limited options for dining. Given these shortcomings, I would hesitate to recommend Pine Breeze Resort Hotel to others. It's unfortunate that such basic amenities and services were not up to par.

PolandI definitely don't recommend it. Despite the trip together, we got rooms very far from each other with completely different standards. In one room we noticed holes in the door (as if someone was trying to break in). The door didn't close completely, it knocked at night, we didn't feel safe. There was a kettle in one room, not in the other. There are mice running in the corridor, which are probably in a larger flock in the attic. Neutral hotel staff (they don't talk, they don't say hello, the security lets everyone in). The balcony doors do not close, one of them had a broken glass. The windows in the bathroom cannot be closed. We only hit the hot water once, which also stinks a lot. The mosquito net does not close completely and has holes. During our stay, it was not cleaned once.
