The rooms are old and need renovation, as well as an update of the furniture and bathroom.

The food. This was my second stay and I had to order food from elsewhere after a not very good penne arrabbiata. On my first stay I could not get a decent morning coffee and I was served the worst sausages ever. Please look into this.

The WiFi was really poor upstairs (room 403 & 404) I wasn’t aware that my room didn’t have ac for the amount we paid for a week.

They really need to put in some Air Conditioner during the afternoon when it is hot, however Kenya weather during the morning and evening is okay.

The room was clean, the staff were very courteous and well mannered. The meal was fantastic and the airport pickup and drop off was okay and they really took to mind my flight arrangement because I had to leave the hotel at about 2 a.m. in the morning and they were able to arrange it. Waoh! that was fantastic. Good job Saab Hotel, please keep it up

The location isn’t the best - it’s more of a transit / conference hotel than somewhere to stay for a long period whilst visiting Nairobi. I’d prefer to have a deadbolt or chain lock on room door, although the hotel felt very secure.

Very comfortable bed, strong wifi and good, clean bathroom. Breakfast was generous and the staff were very friendly. A perfect hotel for one night after our flight landed late in Nairobi.

For the price, the service could have been better sometimes. The staff didn't seem always very confident and sure of what they are doing. The WiFi was very slow, and it even broke down at some point. Because of that, they could not make an invoice for me (they said they will send it per e-mail later, but I still haven't received it). The bathroom could have been cleaner. If you are planning to go to the city center, the traffic is often terrible.

The hotel was well secured and in a nice building. The room was very comfortable and the staff helpful, especially the lady at the reception. For breakfast, there was a menu and you could order several things, it was good. The hotel is not located in a typical touristic neighborhood, but I felt very safe. I also asked for the hotel to do my laundry, and it was very fast and well done.

Very clean, nice hotel for a good price. Close to both airports in Nairobi, which good for a break between flights. Delicious breakfast and staff was helping with breakfast timing.
