Issue with plumbing - bathroom sink was a bit blocked. Was resolved after my complaint Fridge in the room not working. Quality of food not the same. We loved the pizza during our last stay. This time around we could barely eat it. Crust was so thick and stodgy as opposed to the thin crust we had during our previous stay.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Most parts of the room were comfy and very clean (which is a must for me!).

We had a good stay at Sarova Woodlands hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated. Receptionist Nuna was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious - we had a very good sleep. The wifi worked perfectly. We spent New Year and the hotel organized an amazing reception and fireworks. We had a very good time. The next day, we received some happy new year chocolates - very nice. The dinner and breakfast were very qualitative, with abundant buffet. The staff were helpful and friendly too.
