The pool on the roof is not heated, which does not feel that good in August time, when Nairobi is colder. But that is the building administration, not dependent of the owner. Just wanted to share. Nonetheless, the area was nice with great views, a bar and a gym on the roof.

It was extremely easy to talk to the owner, we got all the relevant info asap, which we reallz appreciate. The room was extremely spaceous and clean with a very comfortable bed. Nice view from the balcony as well! The keys were received at the 24h reception and on the bottom was also one little grocery shop, which was convenient. Very close by was a shopping mall, good for some restaurants and 3min away was an Alchemist bar, which is a must visit when in Nairobi. The pool on the roof had great views and it felt cosy, although it was cold. Great apartment! Thanks :)

Great location and apartment in the Westlands. The apartment is new and clean, and the Skynest Building offers many opportunities such as a rooftop swimming pool, sauna, and restaurant/bar/supermarket. The reception is open 24/7. We had a very pleasant stay, we highly recommend this solution. You can find Uber/taxis right outside the building, there’s a mall and many other stores/restaurants at walkable distance. Thank you again!

Miss Joan was fantastic. Easy transfer from the station to the apartment and she was on hand to advise and guide us as we settled in. The apartment itself is beautiful, stylishly decorated and comfortable with stunning views and premium amenities. Felt very safe and we were well located. Loved Nairobi, wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend this Luxury Skynest apartment. Did we mention that Miss Joan was a highlight?

The apartment was beautiful and very clean, with everything you would need including a well equipped kitchen. The furnished balcony was a great place to enjoy the city views. Parking was quick & easy and the building's team of staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool was incredible, there was also a nice rooftop garden, gym, sauna and steam room. The Chocolate Bar cafe, Slate Kitchen and shop on the ground floor were excellent and handy for quick convenience. The apartment's hosts responded quickly and helpfully to our requests. Joan was friendly and helpful and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. A wonderful stay, definitely recommend!

No A/C but they did have a fan in the living area and one in the bedroom. My main issue was payment. I chose to pay via card on booking.com however, once I arrived and was in the space, the property manager came and said they were having issues with the payment and that I needed to pay cash. I was never told of this before and thankfully I had just enough cash on hand to pay her but it felt terrible to have to panic and search my suitcase for enough cash when I had originally thought I paid via card through the website and was given no prior notice that I needed to pay via cash once I was there.

The location and actual apartment was beautiful. Great view from the balcony. The pool and rooftop area was great. Check in was convenient. I just got the key from the front desk staff.

We realy enjoyed our stay at luxury nest. We were picked up bij Joan at the airport and she was very friendly and gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and activities in Nairobi. The appartement was clean with good facilities. We also enjoyed the pool area with the view over the city.

I really appreciated the communication and help from Joan and the host, especially the effort to meet me at the airport when my flight was delayed and I could not reply to there text. Joan did not give on and waited on me for a long time. Joan also was there to help with any questions and went above and beyond any time I had a problem needing solved.
