KenyaFan in one room wasn't working. Hot water in the upstairs bath lasted less than a minute though it stayed hot in the ground floor bathroom. Nowhere to hang clothes or put your toilet bag except on the sink itself. No extension cables. Even though it is self catering there wasn't a single thing in the kitchen. No salt, toothpicks... Nothing. Pool towels would be nice.
The grounds, pool and villa were beautiful. The staff, especially Ruth the housekeeper, were very good. Overall a beautiful place and great value for money.

ItalySwordfish Villas is an incredible place. We spent three days there relaxing close to the swimming pool and walking to the nearby marine park. We had the chance to have dinner cooked at our place by a private chef, and it was one of the most delicious meals of our trip. We hope to come back soon!

KenyaWe literally couldn't even have conversations as the guards kept telling us to keep quiet. Weird especially since everyone there was okay with the perceived noise levels. We literally had to ask all fellow guests if they were okay with our music and "noise levels" Honestly, I found the guards rude, they are not cut out to handle customers and coming to us with "wewe! Zima musiki" that was extremely unwarranted. The 3pm check in is valid, since I witnessed the cleaning as we left. However, considering some flights arrive at noon and those traveling by bus overnight, you are left to go look for a place to wait as they get the place cleaned up.
Loved the place. The villas are beautiful and the pools look dreamy. The cleaners and chefs were professional. The chefs made amazing Swahili dishes and were always on time and very polite.

GermanyAt night it can be abit uncomfortable, the mosquitoes ( has nothingto do with the villa thats nature but i just thought i wouldmentionincase you need to carry some extra mosquitospray)..but again the staff give us mosquitoes scents to burn under the tables.
The Villa was very good.tge staff are very warm and friendly. They made sure we were comfortable and round the clock available. The security was very good too felt very safe with guides 24 Uhr.The pool is really big and clean. Just like ion the pictures.

KenyaOnce the basic necessities like soap and tissue are depleted, you can't get new ones You need to get them yourself Also after 10pm, they have a policy of quiet hours, which is a bit if you are planning to have late night catch ups with your friends after a long day.
Perfect definition of what you see is what you get. Value for your money without a doubt I loved my stay in this villa with my friends They have wifi nowadays which was accessible to all. Our room service lady, Flo, was very helpful in a number of ways. I loved how they don't complicate the checking in and checking out. We literally got there, and we were showed our rooms during checking in. During checking out, we just left in the presence of Flo. A chef is available if you need them at a fee. Anywho, I will definitely go back to this villa without a doubt. Perfect is an understatement.

KenyaWe lacked air conditioning in one of the rooms for 2 nights. Wish there could have been better accommodations to help those 2 nights. The rules of the place were never explained (we didn’t know the pool closed at 6pm).
The guards were very welcoming when we arrived. Each afternoon when we would arrive, the night guards were welcoming. The clashing staff was attentive.

KenyaWe absolutely loved our stay at Swordfish! It’s perfect for families, especially those with small kids. Just a heads-up: the floors can get a bit slippery when wet, and a bit of fumigation would help with the bugs and mosquitoes—so it’s a good idea to pack some insect repellent. That said, we’d still highly recommend it—such a great spot!
