A bit noisy at weekends due to entertainment venues nearby but this fades into the background and didn't affect our sleep.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! The staff are all very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. They have a multitude of dining options on the premises and all are fantastic. The spa and pool areas are wonderful as well. The lobby is quite beautiful as well and is nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or schedule teatime.

There are windows (frosted, but still windows!) between the bathroom and bedroom - in our first room there was a sliding door to the toilet which added more privacy, but not on our second stay.

Absolutely everything! This hotel is beautiful, the staff are so attentive, but not annoyingly so! Every detail seems thought through - we stayed as part of our honeymoon were thoroughly spoilt! We had a massage in the spa which was excellent. Food at breakfast was fantastic - what a selection! And we ate in one of the restaurants too which was also excellent. The rooms are well laid out and have everything you need, gorgeous toiletries, and we enjoyed the variety of tea bags left at turn down. Location is great too, very close Uber ride to everything, just up the road from the museum and close to bars and restaurants such as Bla Bla, Alchemist and Cavalli

The walls were thin or not insulated well. While most nights were quiet on the interior, we could hear neighboring rooms ordering room service, talking etc. The hotel is situated right next to a highway/busy roadway so our room (balcony) let in a lot of noise. Also, the pictures of the balcony rooms are deceiving; your view is the highway as all of these rooms face the front of the building. Had we known that, we wouldn’t have paid for this type room. Would recommend sleeping aid for light sleeper.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff and property are lovely. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever experienced. The room was nice and spacious as was our bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Felt like an oasis to return to when we were out doing activities and sightseeing. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely stay again.

lack of a bidet shower (handheld water spry near the toilet) can be a significant inconvenience for many guests from various cultural backgrounds—especially those from Asian, Arab, Muslim, and some Scandinavian cultures, such as Finnish guests. There has been increased demand for such amenities, especially after some recent scientific studies, and most five-star hotels worldwide now offer them to ensure all guests feel at home. I hope you will consider this enhancement to better meet the needs of your diverse guests and maintain the high standards of hospitality your hotel is known for.

Wifi connection is a little weak in the rooms

Decent hotel and elegant ambience. The staff at Villa Rosa Kempinski went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Every detail was attended to with a personal touch, from the warm welcome at check-in to the seamless service throughout our stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We got free Mini bar and a free extra bed too. Breakfast is excellent too with a wide variety. Would highly recommend!!

Did a little detour on our way to Mauritius and our 2 days stay here was wonderful! The majestic decor, the ambience of the room and the hospitality was worth relishing. Special thanks to Brian at the reception who provided excellent support for our navigation through the city and to the airport for our outbound flight!
