The bedroom and private bathroom area are both clean and new! There is a small shared common area with a kitchenette and access to laundry ( a true bonus). Easy check in instructions ( we were able to get inside the room in the middle of the night with our off arrival time which is appreciated!)

The electricity went off for hrs and the washroom for shower was clogged on our last day thought it would be fix the moment we went back during the night but it wasn’t fix but overall it didn’t bother us because we are out most of the time

Mattress was too hard for me (i like medium- to soft).

There’s no reception- everything is remote. But they were amazing and gave me full photos and details and monitored all was ok. BEWARE! The entrance is not the street address- they tell you this. I suggest to get Yandex Go App and the “68 Hostel” drops you right there. Good aircon. Bedding is fresh and new. Shower ok

We never received check-in info, so we were walking around trying to find. There is no sign on street (look for Playstation sign) we tried to phone but no help. Thankfully another guest let us in. We got check-in info 2 hrs later. NOT A GOOD START TO OUR STAY Pillow lumpy and air con noisy.

Really convenient location. Bus 34 from Kazakh border is 10min walk. Bus 1 to Al Archa park 5min walk. Lesnoy cafe 2min walk (this Cafe is so good it's worth coming to Bishkek for) The room and facilities are all clean, making it a nice place to stay.

It was difficult to find the hostel entrance, as there was no sign outside the building. You have to go in the building entrance where there is a florist and barber shop, up the stairs and on the upper floor there is a sign that says hostel and a door. There is no reception even in the daytime and you to have checked in online in advance to get the code. I was not prepared as I booked last minute - you need to send them your passport photo to check in and get the code to enter the place, so I had to go buy a sim card before I could enter. A lady helped me over the phone to pay using a card machine that was in the kitchen. The small single room could get hot as it did not have aircon, so recommended to keep the blind closed during the day. There was not really a good place to eat food in the hostel, as the bench in the kitchen/dining area was quite high and not very comfortable. The double room did not have a table/desk in it but I dragged one in from the dining area to use. There could be some noise in the night so I would recommend ear plugs and maybe an eye mask if you're a sensitive sleeper, but it was not too bad. The bins in the bathroom were not changed often, and would get full of toilet paper.

Good location, walking distance from sites and restaurants. The hosts were responsive and helpful on Whatsapp. They helped me to extend my stay and change rooms if mine was not available. The accommodation was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and there were multiple bathrooms to use. The showers were good. They forgot to put towels in my room, but thankfully I saw a cleaning lady and she gave me one. There was a little rolling table in the single room which was good. There was a good cupboard in the single room. The double room had aircon which was great in the heat. I would stay here again.

Excellent value for money. The room was spotless. There was great facilities in the shared space! Can do laundry, cook etc. There was good air con in the room. Location is excellent plenty of shops nearby and nice restaurants. Very quick responses from host.

- bad insulation, lots of noise from the outside as well from the neighbors in the hostel. Since there is no common area, people are hanging out in the kitchen from where you enter all the rooms. It was hard to sleep at night, as you hear everything. - bed smell and mold in the bathroom

I like how it is near to famous establishment around the city. It is quiet and you have privacy . Everything you need is in there. Owners are responsive to your needs.

The shower heads in the private bathroom of the double room need repair. The spray system does not work because the large head has a leak, and the holding unit of the small mobile head is broken, so you cannot take a shower without holding it in your hand. I am writing this as feedback, I am sure they will fix the problem.

The location is very central, and clean. It is a very fair accommodation for the price. It is basic but it has everything that you need. Communication is very fast, if there is anything you need, they try to take care of it immediately. As a result, I was generally very satisfied.

The hostel was lovely, the location was fantastic and everything was pretty much in walking distance. My room was really nice, it was clean and warm, and the bed was really comfy. There was a shared kitchen, with a microwave and a little sitting area. I would definitely stay there again.

the shower had no pressure and we almost never had hot water in the evening as it seems the whole hostel is using the same water heater.
