Sewage smell from the bathroom was quite strong at times, towels were microfiber which doesn't feel as nice as regular towels.

Such good value for a clean room and bathroom and breakfast included! Host was so helpful with organising a taxi for us to Kazarman and also recommended that we see the Saturday Animal market. Good central location close to shops and restaurants.

Walls are very thin between rooms

Exceptional customer service (best during my trip in Kyrgyzstan). Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. They organised transport to Son-Köl efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Warmly recommended.

Exceptionally clean place we stayed after Song Kul. We were able to check in early and take a shower and everything was so new and clean. The bed was comfortable, the hostess was kind. Breakfast was also great. Will definitely recommend to anyone in the area

The only complaint I have is being charged 800 Somoni for a dinner when booking.com said 5$, the food was nice but we felt it was overpriced for what we received and it left a bit of a sour taste on our mouth.

The room was extremely new and wonderful. The location was quite nice and very near the Center.

A night lamp and a couple of more pillows of different sizes would be nice to have.

The owners are a nice family, they speak good English and are very helpful. The location is close to the center, there's private parking on the premises. The room is of decent size, very clean, and it's having a private bathroom. There's good speed WiFi available as well. The breakfast included was delicious!

Only minus is that the room did not have heating and weather turned cold quite suddenly (at night). I just went to bed early :)

Lovely stay in a pleasant and new guesthouse. From the street, it's not clearly signposted, so use Google Maps. I stayed in the new building on the ground floor in a very pleasant and clean room, with clean bedlinens and towels. Nice garden to hang out in, nice breakfast included in the price when I booked. Friendly staff that was mostly in the main house or kitchen yurt in the courtyard. Walking distance to city center and shops. Would stay again.

Sometimes hard to find or get hold of the hosts. They weren't there when we arrived and we didn't know how to get hold of them. Wifi was OK but a bit patchy at times and didn't reach everywhere in the house. The house is clean but there are some quite strange smells which was a bit overpowering at times. I think breakfast was put on the table before the time we were told about it, so by the time we'd sat down it had all gone cold - a bit disappointing.

Friendly owner who speaks good English and has a friendly family who are around quite a lot. Room was large and bed was comfy. Nice to have a separate outdoor space for sitting when weather is warm and a dining room that we used during the day too. Good to have breakfast included and they were able to provide it at different times when we needed to leave earlier.

No filtered drinking water and a mirror in the bedroom would be great.

Big room, good wifi and great breakfast. The bathrooms are shared but very clean and excellent shower - there are three bathrooms so we never had to wait. Host was super friendly and let us store our bags when we did the Son Kul trek. Central location - just a few minutes’ walk to transport, restaurants and supermarkets.

We just stayed here for one night - but it was still a super good stay. The host was so smiling and nice - and she cooked delicoius dinner for us - and even gave us some food for the next morning, since we were leaving too early for breakfast. The room was fine. You can relax in the garden on some couches :-)

Although we arrived around 10 p.m., our host welcomed us with a warm smile. She knows both English and Turkish, so communication was smooth. We rented a double room with a private bathroom, which was perfect after a long drive. Our room and bathroom were super clean and tidy. There was no problem with the hot shower. The night was a little bit cold, but our blankets were thick, so we slept like babies. Breakfast was ready at 8 a.m. There were several people from different countries, so we shared our experiences with each other, which was very nice. There was an ATM very close by, so we could withdraw some cash for payment without any problem. The location was easy to find by car. Also, there was a good restaurant with an English-speaking waitress nearby. Everything was perfect; I would recommend it 10/10 without hesitation.

Beautiful new guest house in Kochkor was just perfect after 3 days in the mountains. It was exceptionally clean, shower was amazing and water warm, room was very nice, bed comfortable. Breakfast delicious and owner very nice, speaking great English. Would definitely stay again and recommending to everyone staying in Kochkor!

The location is fantastic! The family who owns the place is really nice and very helpful and even got us a room after we showed up without booking the first time we were there. The breakfast is generous and tasty and the rooms are comfortable and warm. The WiFi is working well and the facilities are clean and working!
