The breakfast can be improved, properly let us choose, as sometimes we may need to throw away things we didn't eat.

A quiet hostel which closed to the center. Most of the places were walking distance.

The air conditioner was making some noises from time to time. The breakfast was good but a little bit small quantities.

Breakfast and location. Mokki restaurant is in the same building and it is a fantastic place to have dinner, one of the best in Bishkek in my opinion: very nice staff and great food. Reasonable prices.

The location was very central. The biggest bonus about the place I think is the Mokki cafe which is just next to it. On top of that you get a bonus from a place which serves good food and drinks and is very cheap.

Check in was the smoothest, the person at reception had a limited command of English …And I dont speak Russian! She even forgot to return my passport. No towels in room….I had to request. However, I am, honestly of the opinion that the reception staff made an genuine effort to assist me. Breakfast not worth the effort even thought its start only at 8 am. A plate of two half slices of bread, two slime slices of cheese two half slides of tomato and cucumber and two slides of salami., as a vegetarian, skip breakfast there….its really not worth the effort! The breakfast plates are prepared before with the attributed portions. The problem is that they are sitting on the breakfast table at least an hour before, maybe two or three with no cover. Highly unhygienic. Management….please take note that this is not at all acceptable!

Reception staff very diligent. Willing to go that extra mile/kilomètre. Excellent Wifi coverage. Wide choice of bathrooms. Location awesome: booking worth it just for this aspect. Most city tourist sites within walkable distance. A wonderful park nearby and an excellent restaurant next door where I ate most evenings. Prices reasonable and English speaking staff.,

The staff came across as quite unprofessional; they spoke little English and when asked about the recommendations in the city, we were sent to a shopping mall… Based on other reviews, we assumed there might have been some gaps in the new joiner’s onboarding process.

The private room is very comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and there are many shared bathrooms on the floor. We also found the facilities clean and the hostel well located within the city.

The only and big problem i had wasn't really the Hostel's fault. I slept (or tried to sleep) in a shared room but all the other 3 persons snared too laud the whole night that i couldn't sleep. I asked to change my room but it wasn't possible. I canceled my other nights and booked a single room somewhere else. I'm sure that, the experience in a single room in this hostel would have been amazing.

The hostel itself is very good located. Very friendly staff. They helped me with the sim card for internet. The recepcionist was so friendy that i spent hours talking to her, and she also helped me with tours around Bishkek.

Booked a room but when I arrived they told me they were fully booked. Showed them the confirmation and they told me I could stay in a different branch of their hostels for the same price. When I arrived there the manager wanted me to pay 3 times as much. That's their customer service. Never again.
