Female's showers and toilets are only inside the room dormitory on the second floor. Men's shower are downstairs and Men's toilets are upstairs but not need to access from dormitory. You can have laundry for 200 som.

The lady at the reception is very kind. It was easy to communicate in English. We were lucky enough to have a room with 4 single beds but where nobody else come for the entire staying (2 nights). The kitchen is well equipped! We could park pur bicycles safely I'm the court yard. Water is free to refill. There are board games to use as well. Cleaning service every day!

For laundry they say they offer "washing and drying" but the drying part is to put it on a line to dry... It's really far from the city centre... But yandex is possible for cheap

The curtains around the beds were great for privacy in a busy dorm. The kitchen was great with drinking water, hot water and tea for free. Fairly clean. A good supermarket 10 minutes away.

No locker in the room. Definitely a must have in a hostel in my opinion.

Check-in was possible in the morning which came in handy as my plane arrived early. Late check-out wasn't a problem either. Staff is super friendly. Cleanliness is top notch. Complementary tea, water and coffee. Beds with curtains to create privacy and darken the sleeping space.

I stayed here for 6 days and it was a very unpleasant experience. The room looked nothing like the photos — it was dirty, the bed and sheets smelled bad, and the common areas were not clean. The air conditioner remote was hidden by staff and not given to guests. There was no water for two days, and even electricity was out at times. I stayed in the women’s room, but male workers entered without knocking, and men were allowed to use the women’s bathroom. The kitchen was not clean, and the whole place felt uncomfortable and chaotic. It’s also far from the center, with no shops nearby. I don’t recommend this hostel at all.

Smell, not enough toilet/shower, they were very small and cramped. Toilet is on 2nd floor. Very noisy, even past midnight. No ventilation in the rooms, at night you might “suffocate” in the rooms, smell of feet was terrible

The location is far from the center. But its easy to find when using yandex taxi. Other problem is no enough lockers, the stuffs of long term tenants are everywhere. I hope they will be organized with their things.

The staff are excellent. Clean toilets and floors. No shoes inside. Mostly locals staying. They have kitchen and washing machine. I arrived 5am, i just went in directly. Its a safe place.

Bed and location was comfortable but other facilities such as bathroom and kitchen can be improved. Ac was big issue due to the crowded people at times. Overall it was bearable for me. I found one bug in the kitchen and informed receptionist. I dunno if it was bedbug or smth else.
