BelarusI liked everything: comfortable beds, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast. But most of all, welcoming team: a lady at the reception gave me all needed information, showed me a good place to eat at 3 minutes walk, and even gave me some raspberry jam for my evening tea to help me with my cold.

United Arab EmiratesThe in-hotel restaurant does not have a lot of food offerings, but the hotel is located near other outside restaurants (use Yandex which is an inexpensive ride-share app). The quality of the Internet was bad. The breakfast could include some more variety and also more healthy choices.
Spacious and comfortable rooms. We enjoyed our stay very much. Cleanliness and service were very good and as expected. I traveled with my wife primarily to go skiing at Karakol Base, which is about 20-25 min from the hotel. You can ask the hotel for ski transfer options. Even though we traveled to ski base 4 days we were better served and more comfortable at Karagat Hotel compared to Kaprice the hotel at the ski base (We stayed there at Kaprice and it was s**t, expensive and bad service). We'd definitely stay again at Karagat Hotel.

United Arab EmiratesMain door lock never worked. Not enough air movement in the rooms especially the one downstairs had no circulation. Heater wasn't working.
We stayed in the 3 bedroom guest house which was clean and spacious.. We had issues with the front lock, as in we had to call the reception to lock and unlock the main door each time. Credit card does not work, so ensure you carry enough cash for check-in and in house payments. Bar does not have cocktails or a menu. Breakfast option is very scarce. Sausages were nice. Not enough staff in the restaurant and mostly we had to wait for them to refill the emptied vessels. Food was really good. We ordered spicy meat pizza, Greek salad, fried eggplant, rice and dal soup.
