A very nice quiet modern hotel, cool and fresh after a long road trip from Khujand Tajikistan via Uzbekistan to Osh. The rooms are not large but clean and comfortable. What really made our experience most memorable was the wonderful Zurra at reception. This polite, efficient young lady was so helpful in arranging a taxi pickup at 0600 for the long >10 hour drive to Bishkek. She undertook to confirm all the details the previous evening saying she would let us know once it was done. Later that evening she knocked on our door and gave us all the details typed out on a piece of paper - the name of our driver, the type of car, registration, the cost. The following morning she checked us out of the hotel and gave us each a doggy bag with food for our long journey! We were so impressed. She had only worked there 2 weeks. We wish her well

Friendly staff, with good English knowledge, great buffet breakfast, nice room and bathroom. It is a bit far away from the bazaar and Navoi park, but yando taxis are very cheap and the staff helps you to organize one.

However, I was disappointed by the consistently unpleasant smell of the towels and the noise from the sewage (Maybe only in my room). The lack of a comfortable shower due to extremely hot water was inconvenient. Moreover, the bathroom switch was out of order, making it impossible to turn off the light. I reported the issue on the first day, but it remained unresolved throughout my entire stay. Additionally, it was frustrating to have to pay for coffee from the coffee machine after breakfast.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and the Wi-Fi worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic.

The radiators are not working and the heating is done by A/C, this was pretty cold, especially the bathroom is not heated at all… the breakfast could be improved, too…

The rooms are not sound proof. I couldn't sleep properly at night. It was so noisy. I could hear the entire conversation happening in front of my room's door around 3 am in the morning. At first I got really scared.

From the time I opened the door to the lobby, there was an artificial air freshener smell that made me sick with a pounding headache within minutes. I went to my room and opened the window but from construction, car exhaust and road dust it made it worse. When I opened the bathroom, there was a moldy smell like wet towels. I asked immediately, before setting down my bags if I could change my room but unfortunately it wasn’t possible. With a migraine it didn’t help that the bathroom light wouldn’t go off, so even with the door closed I had a pretty bright light and miserable few nights.

I’ve stayed here a few times before and it’s always been a great place for me. The staff are as accommodating as they can be, location is good, especially if you like to run in or enjoy the parks across the road, the breakfast is not too plentiful, but good, sufficient. it always seemed just out of the center enough to be not too loud but close enough to everything.
