Great location Wow that breakfast is yummy and extensive We didn’t understand the mixed reviews as we thought the place was excellent. We stayed only for one night, but would have easily wanting to stay longer. Place is spotless clean, didn’t feel the heat and the courtyard is a nice plus. Staff is excellent and helpful

Location was not too far from the city center but the area was a bit rough. Breakfast can be improved and the shower needs some attention too.

Nice hotel for a one night stay. Room was bigger than expected, clean and modern. The WiFi was very good and the room had some little amenities. Staff was friendly and they were able to speak some English.

the key system , even though they have to either inform us key have to kept at reception or they can clean the room with master key

"The location was excellent, and the room was very clean, which made our stay very comfortable. However, one small thing to note is that they don’t use a card system to open the doors; instead, they provide a traditional key. This led to an issue the following day when our room wasn’t cleaned, as the key was still with us. It would be helpful if they could consider switching to a card system to avoid such situations."

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. My room was spotless, with enough space, and beautifully minimal decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast is also good.

We decided to use the laundry service, it cost 300 KGS per kg but the quality of the laundry is not acceptable. The clothes were smelling bad, and they was still wet. I payed for this service 1.500KGS.

It’s a bit loud at night

The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. I left my luggage there for couple of days after checking out to go to see the mountains and they were so happy to help!

Furniture and toilette were not very good quality, they look new but a bit cheap for the quality of the hotel. In on room the wall between the toilette and the bedroom, there was high visible moisture stain.

We booked 3 rooms for one night, rooms were all located in the basement close to the restaurant area. Staff was kind and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the good breakfast. Good wi-fi and comfortable beds.

The location was a little difficult to find from google maps.

My stay at the property was amazing. I had 18 hours layover at Bishkek, so I booked this hotel to stay over there and catch my flight the next day. The local staff was professional and quite helpful. The rooms were quite clean, comfortable, and already prepared before my arrival so I didn’t face any kind of problem or had to ask for anything to be provided to me. The breakfast that they served was quite delicious and freshly prepared. I have stayed at other 5-10 star hotels in Bishkek also, but this Urban hotel, it was quite nice and excellent, exceeding my expectations. The only problem was with the location - it was a little difficult to find from Google maps location. I would totally recommend this hotel and would love to stay there if I travel to Bishkek again. 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
