Everything was exceptional! The stuff is all so kind, paying attention to details and treating me as a queen. I am traveling a lot and have been to many places, but here, the stuff and environment really made me feel special. Our family trip was elevated by the wonderful experience at this boutique hotel. The meticulous cleaning of our room gave us peace of mind, and we appreciated the secure atmosphere. It was a quiet haven, ideal for recharging after our daily adventures. The staff's hospitality truly stood out, making us feel at home. Additionally, the food was spectacular—each meal was a delight for our taste buds. We can’t recommend this hotel enough for a family vacation.

The service was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool area was very nice and the water kept very clean. Breakfast was good. It was really just a fantastic experience all around. I especially liked that there were tuktuks available outside the hotel for us to take. It was convenient and we always knew we were getting quoted a fair price because the drivers work for the hotel. In fact, the tuktuk rides to bar Street were free, and we only had to pay our way back. A really nice set up!

Beautiful boutique hotel, very large rooms, comfortable beds and gorgeous grounds and pool. The rooms are nicer and bigger than anywhere else I've stayed recently for a very reasonable price. They have very attentive and friendly staff. It's also much closer to the Angkor Wat temples than other hotels in center of the city which means a 15 min drive to/from tours rather than 30min, which is a major plus if you want to rest in middle of day. And they offer a free 1-way airport ride and complimentary laundry service which is very rare--and very helpful when you are walking in red sand dust all day!

Siem Reap is a wonderful destination, Angkor Wat is the highlight hands down, and as a photogrpaher, it is disneyland! but so much more to do! I didnt experience the nightlife as it was not important for me. So much potential lies within this city for those who look in the right places. The people are so nice and humble, everyone smiles to you and greets you, children wave as you pass by, such a peaceful community! Walking through streets, nobody bothers you to buy stuff, even in the markets, all they do is invite you to look around..I loved Siem Reap, I only regret not staying there longer.

One of the best places in SEA. No crowded.

One of the best places in SEA. No crowded. Excellent value for money. Open with wide roads. Great transportation. And then the ancient temples like Angkor Wat and many others. Finally, the icing in the cake are the people - so down to earth, welcoming and polite. They just won our hearts everywhere. We are surely coming back to Siam Reap whenever possible. In fact, we will just go to Siam Reap and avoid Phnom Penh which has nothing much to offer. Oh yes, the new airport is super quality, cozy and excellent.

Travelling to Siem Reap during the wet season is great if you can plan a longer stay. The land is lush and green. It rains mostly in the afternoon and for only 1-2 hours. Low season means lower prices. Angkor archaeological sites are less crowded. Enough indoor activities for wet-weather like visits to APOPO, Lotus farm, Kun khmer gym session, museums, shopping etc.

I love Siem Reap so much I have come back time and time again. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and makes you feel at home. I recommend walking along the river and grabbing a bite to eat from one of the vendors. Also try Tevy's restaurant you won't be disappointed. Everything is cooked fresh to order, so you have to wait a bit but its so worth it.

Siem Reap is wonderful: a unique place and one of the most special in the world. It has plenty of bars and restaurants and a lovely riverside area. (The variety and quality of food is among the best I’ve experienced in Southeast Asia) It’s also very bike-friendly, with many dedicated cycle lanes (one extending pretty well all the way to Angkor Wat.) The Angkor Wat archeological park is amazing. If you have time, my advice is to go for the seven-day pass valid for a month. That way, you can spend a day or half day at Angkor, break it up with time in Siem Reap, and instead of suffering “temple-fatigue,” from trying to see too much in too short a time, really appreciate how special the place is. And, for me, the best way to see it is by bicycle. The terrain is flat. The roads are (mostly) good and quiet, and there are many cycle lanes. There’s plenty of cycle hire places in the area. I used Bayon MTB Project. The man who runs it is real bike enthusiast and is always working on maintaining the machines, which, in consequence are in very good condition. If, while in some remote part of Angkor (or anywhere else) you should have a puncture or other problem with your bike, he’ll come to you to fix things. He and his wife also do a lot of work with children in the area. Basically, then, good people, good bikes, good prices and great service.

Everything from facilities, staff, location, and resources at the hotel was superb. We stayed at the Luxury King Room-perfect, staff arranged tuk-tuk, tours, gave info on best times for sunset and sunrise at Angkor Wat. Had a great buffet dinner and Apsara dance at Morakot, arranged by front staff Jassy- a special thank you for arranging all our tours and all the info we needed. Location is away from the city but not too far, just a tuk-tuk ride and special thanx to our favourite driver Mr Sombo.

I had an amazing stay at The Jungle Siem Reap. The hotel is centrally located, just steps from the Night Market and Pub Street, but still very quiet. Public spaces and especially the pool are beautiful and inviting. The room was simple but comfortable, with everything you could need and I had a good sleep in the bed. The food at the restaurant is delicious and probably the best part of the hotel are its employees - All super nice and friendly as well as professional. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super good, one of the best we stayed in our Vietnam-Cambodia trip. The facilities are amazing, clean and very comfortable. But the best thing is the owner. He will help with anything you need, propose to you all kinds of activities and places to visit, and give you tea and fruit every time you arrive after visiting things (temples of course). I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I do not thing you can find a better place with a better staff.

Fantastic hotel. I was surprised myself. This was my visit to Siem Reap after 6 years. The hotel has a fantastic location - near Pub Street, and at the same time in a quiet and intimate place. Below the hotel there is a restaurant and a cafe serving very good meals. The hotel itself is very comfortable with nice rustic furniture, Very tastefully decorated. Nice swimming pool on the roof. The rooms were cleaned every day. The hotel staff was very nice.

The location of the hotel is a big plus with everything easily accessible. Do not expect a 5 star facility, but everything about the hotel is a bang for the buck. Big shoutout to the front desk staff!
