Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was nothing I did not like. Only dislike was having to leave . 😀
The room was huge with a nice big bed . The shower area look good ( no sign of age) the breakfast area was very pleasing modern looking. The breakfast was good had muesli and fruit and the hot latte ( flat whites) were of a excellent standard felt like a good Aussie coffee ☕️. The staff were always si friendly especially once returning from a day's sightseeing always a nice scented cold towel and a glass of juice to welcome me. Like to mention the staff member Dav who was a wealth of knowledge who went out of his way to guide me about the local area . Thank you Sala for a great stay..

Excellent Hotel with very good facilities, particularly the pool. Breakfast was extremely good with such a huge selection, just about every nationality was catered for. Excellent transportation for the airport and the city centre. Could not fault the Hotel

better cleaing in the bathroom around some of the fixtures and fittings and tile grouting
breakfast was good, plenty of variety. we had great meal at the restaurant, I'd recommend the Khmer Amok with seafood. the staff were always warm and friendly and helpful. we'd recommend a stay there.

Bed incredibly hard, ended up with some issues with my hips afterwards from sleeping on essentially floor. Didn’t allow my room to be cleaned until my last night - upon returning that day had found money to be taken from my room. Later that day heard someone trying to jimmy the door into my hotel room.
Staff were absolutely lovely and so kind! Room was large and shower was good

Room service always turned up at 3pm when we were hiding in the room to stay out of the heat. Rooms were a little bit tired. Chipped tiles - nothing major.
Staff were very helpful. Location opposite museum excellent. Makes it easy to direct taxis. Try to go to the museum before you go to Angkor wat or in avo after sunrise visit. It will help you understand more. Shuts at 6. You need 2 hrs.

Pool was great,spacious surrounds,and a great late avo' Happy CockTail Hour was enjoyed in relaxing pool surrounds.Breakfast buffet was very good,with variety of Western/Asian selections.In fact ,all restaurant meals were excellent. Our Room was clean,tidy,spacious,and quiet.The bedding was very comfortable,and the wifi was handy.Overall,a great stay at a great hotel,which was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly,welcoming,and very helpful.

Perfect for exploring the sights and sounds of siem reap. Just a stones throw from museum. I would stay here again. The room was clean, tidy and spacious and customer service exceptional. The room had everything.

Very comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel with such a friendly staff. Very nice swimming pool with enough beds and umbrellas. Out of the busy area but close enough to walk to it. The breakfast is super too.

Although the room was large it seemed overfilled with furniture and our hand basin wasn't inside the bathroom but behind the entry door. Some afternoons it was hard to get a spot at the pool and there didn't seem to be a lot of guests at the time, maybe some more seating could be made available.
The room was nice and it was quiet on the third floor with a balcony overlooking over the pool. The staff were lovely and were always willing to assist. The couple of meals we had in the restaurant were authentic. Happy Hour cocktails were a nice treat on a hot afternoon along with a swim in the pool.

The hotel staff were verry nice and sweet to us. The room was big, spacoius and clean. The bathroom was clean and nice. The breakfast was amazing many diffrent types of cuisines available. The swimming is beautiful, everyone would enjoy it. Overall good hotel!

The hotel makes sure everything is spot on from the room it self to the overall reception. I like how it was situated which made things really accessible. The room was designed with a bit of oriental and modern touches.
