This is a gorgeous hotel. The architecture and décor is beautiful. Our room was spacious with lots of room for our luggage. The breakfast buffet was huge, with amazing choices local, Eastern and Western. There were freshly cooked options of eggs and pancakes. I loved the musicians playing local instruments in the foyer. A delight to be greeted by in the mornings. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. There are Tuk Tuks just outside the gates ready to transport you into town [around a ten minute ride or 30 minute walk]. Staff will hail them to pick you up from the door. Lovely swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers to relax after a hot day sight seeing.

Not much I didn’t like. Maybe an indoor bar area for when it’s too hot might be good.

Delightful staff. Always happy to help with anything. Hotel was lovely and clean. Loved the gentle live music when you entered the hotel. Had such a good time we extended our stay by another day.

Location could be a bit more central to the town.

The hotel itself is of the highest standards, from the entrance gates, all the way through the building. Our room was a great size and the air con was amazing, which being in Cambodia was much appreciated. The staff and service they provide are beyond expectations, being polite is one thing but they were always welcoming and friendly assisting in any way we required. The food and drink cost more than in town but the quality was worth the extra, especially when we could eat beside the lovely pool. I could not recommend the hotel enough.

It was a surprisingly great hotel spacious room very clean with all the amenities great buffet breakfast with lots of options pool was nice great gym stuff was extremely nice and helpful the only down side was hotel restaurants ware pricey compared to what’s round over all I would stay again 9 out of ten 👍👍👍

Excellent stay. Very good combination of the quality you expect from a 5* hotel in Asia with genuine warmth and customer service from the staff. Good breakfast and hotel was quiet, so I slept well. Specific call outs to Siva in the spa with whom I had 4 excellent massages. I ended up thoroughly enjoying the cultural evening which was well presented and structured. I had dithered about booking but glad I did. The hotel airport pickup went smoothly both says. I have stayed in the hotel once before and would unquestionably stay there again.

Superb hotel with super polite staff particularly our host Andy who went the extra mile for us. Breakfast is excellent and the dining room terrace overlooks a lovely pool, spa and bar area.

Thank you very much for taking care of me and my husband. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really kind. They even prepared birthday cake for my husband, it was really nice suprise. Food is great and there is big choice of breakfast meals. Also, there is great dinner menu. Rooms were big and very clean, of course with AC. One of the best hotels I ever been. 😊

The rooms were great and so were the staff! Very courteous. Highly recommended to stay here if you are travelling to Siem Reap. The hotel food is also delicious and is walking distance to Siem Real River and Pub Street

Surprisingly expensive laundry service. (Not dry cleaning but laundry) We used it not even locking at the price list (as we used the service all over the hotels in Asia and it wasn’t anything to mention. ) and for about 3kg of laundry payed 155$. We felt price was ridiculous :)

We loved all! Very characteristic place, you feel cambodia in it. Lots of wood and local details. Not a standard hotel. Large and spotless room with balcony overlooking beautiful pool and surrounding area, very good breakfast, friendly stuff (as in general in Cambodia :) We felt comfortable and welcomed. Just two min and 2$ ride in lovely stand by tuk tuk away from Pub street and old market.

Shower water didn't drain properly as it was blocked by dusts and hair. We stayed for 3 nights and blockage was not cleared during our whole stay. Reminded twice but there is no response. Anyway, there is one bathtub in landmark type room which we used to complete our shower.

Breakfast is nice and staff service is remarkable. Having different types of dishes to satisfy guests from different regions. Restaurant is spacious and cool. It is situated near the pool and we can have our breakfast near the pool also. There is one more restaurant near the pool where we had our dinner. Apart from these two restaurants, we can have our "Chill & Grill" at the pool cafe.

Pastries at Breakfast were poor quality for an ex-French colony! Bar Menu needed to be expanded.

We went over New Year and the NYE event they put on was great, although the tickets were not cheap. Amongst other things, there was a Live Band on for hours and a large buffet with wine, although it was meat/fish focused so vegetarians wouldn't have fared well. The on-site food was pretty average, although we also took part in a ticketed cultural evening where they put on a multi-course dinner of posh local food and it was all sumptuous. The on-site Spa was also reasonable priced and had good offers on for my wife and I.

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay - absolutely nothing to dislike!

The staff! They were so happy and friendly and with an amazing sense of humour too. Everybody was helpful and kind even though they must have been exhausted too as they were working very long hours setting up and clearing away their New Year's Eve party event. The pool was fantastic and very welcome after a day visiting the Angkor Wat complex.
