How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pool was green in colour. It needs more attention from a qualified pool technician. No hot water in bathroom. No TV reception-apparently blocked by current conflict with Thailand. Breakfast menu needs attention. I purchased a pre set buffet option, however not all menu items available.

Took a day and 3 attempts to end up in a suitable room. Feel like this hotel was probably pretty floorless when it was opened, but needs some update/maintenance to stop issues with rooms that cause unavailability of booked rooms leading to issues upon check in with incorrect rooms etc Tried the restaurant one evening - painfully slow!

Verified reviewBeautiful place to unwind. They offer free transfer to pick us from previous hotel to Central Corner. And you can pay $2 to take their hotel tuk tuk to Pub street, not far actually. Rooms are spacious and clean, we booked 1 with private pool and a family room. I love their massage service with reasonable price discount 30% off, it was wonderful !

We had booked 2 rooms for a family of 5, travelling to Siem Reap for the first time. You know how a few minutes of terrible service can ruin your experience of a place,, unfortunately, this hotel didi just that. We had arrived around 3:30pm and were all very hungry. The restaurant was very slow in its service. It's.staff didn't understand or speak English. Had very few vegetarian options available. They took 2 hours to make and serve 4 pizzas with store bought bases and ketchup as the base sauce. While waiting for our food we saw a couple of lager well fed rats running about the restaurant, even in and out of the kitchen. Upon complaining, we were met with a - what's wrong with that kind of response. Overall feedback- knowledge of English varies with non speakers at restaurant and medium proficiency at front desk. Room cleanliness not the greatest. Bathrooms are dingy and shower water stopped for 10mins mid shower on the 1st night. TVs don't work in any of the rooms. AC unit was super powerful in one of our units and not at all cooling in the other one. Swimming pool is highly chlorinated, burning the eyes if without goggles. This property is not really expensive so maybe worth the money,, but you would likely find better options that are more central and in the nicer places in town. We didn't let the hotel experience ruin our trip though. Siem Reap is a beautiful place with rich culture and history and friendly people. Must visit (at a different hotel).

The wifi was not consistent. Dropped in and out all the time. Breakfast was not that good. Bowls of fruit and bread and pastries were not refilled. We didn’t think it was worth the money so we ate else where for breakfast.

Cleaning was an issue. 4 days, they didn't change sheets and towels! We asked for room cleaning and they just change the bins. Swimming pool was not clean as well.
