the staff were very friendly. The manager greeted me to check everything was good and I happy. Massage was excellent and one of the best I have had if not the best. Breakfast and room service was excellent and great variety on menue. The location is great and close to many Cambodian monuments. Overall the experience was excellent and I cannot say enough about all staff and the service

The air conditioning seemed temperamental, definitely not remaining at the temperature set.

The staff were excellent, from the security man outside, to the reception, to the waiting staff at breakfast, and the housekeeping. The views from the hotel (which I have visited before) are still amazing, despite the high-rising building being constructed all around. Every time we returned to the hotel, the security man (especially the one in the evening) helped us.

Good location, yummy breakfast, friendly staff, water provided and restocked as required (refilled glass bottles not disposal able plastic). Older property but clean and smart. Spacious two bedroom apartment which suited our family well.

Amazing hotel, beautiful historical building. Our hotel room was fabulous with great views. The staff were amazing too, so friendly and helpful. Excellent food for breakfast and evening meals.

Breakfast is a little limited and more or less the same every day. Too much pork in the meals, no good for Muslims or Jews. One girl serving was not friendly at all, while the other was extremely nice. It would be better if they asked the individual customers if they wanted eggs, or noodle soup cooking, instead of expecting them to ask.

Breakfast is sufficient, tasty enough for me, and not too heavy on the stomach.

Everything was perfect.

We loved everything! Breakfast was amazing with different options, we enjoyed the gym once, and the pool access to both properties was 5 star quality. We used transportation from airport as we had traveled 22hours, expensive but worth it when you are tired and want to experience stress free arrival. We enjoyed a wonderful meal the night of our arrival. Will book again! Wish we stayed longer!

Great location, friendly and professional staff. Our familly suite was spacious and confortable, cleaned everyday. The indoor swiming pool is really nice too of a good size and depth. The food was amazing and well priced. I would definitly recommend it.

I never saw the front desk staff sitting. I felt sorry. If possible arrange a seat for them.I am not aware of the policy of the property.

The hotel was even better than we expected. The manager was very welcoming and messaged prior to our arrival, which we appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had amazing city views. The breakfast was also excellent. In general the service from hotel staff was outstanding and they went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.
