The noise from the construction site. Pool was nice but needed some shade over it. Shower temperature not always hot.

There was a construction site opposite the hotel and it was impossible to sleep after 7 am in the morning - that was not what I was looking for !!

The staff was nice and helpful - and I appreciated the fact that when something was wrong they at least tried to make it better

When we arrived there was no mention of a building site next to the hotel which started at 7am and carried on till 6pm. We booked an extra night on arrival because we liked Siem Reap but from there it went down hill. The hotel is dated by 30 years and looks a lot better in the pictures - the rooms are dusty and dirty and the staff appear to understand but straight away ignore you. The breakfast is very limited and time stricken - there are a lot of other nicer places to stay. When we complained about the building noise next door and being put in a smaller standard room than we paid they called the police on us. If you can book somewhere else then do so to avoid disappointment - try Moloppor Hotel next door.

Nice pool but couldn’t use it due to the noise from the building site next door - nothing else was enjoyable about the hotel.

Breakfast choice of fruit same daily with limited choice. No yoghurt any day. All other 5 hotels of same rating offered a larger choice of breakfast. Beds rather hard especially after a day walking around Angkor Wat. Very small area at bar to have a cocktail- it was pouring and no comfy chairs to sit and enjoy 1 drink.

Room size very good. Pool lovely and relaxing. Foot and body massages very good. Received some tomato after query if available at breakfast. Fish and chicken dinner delicious.

The pool shuts at 8:30 and the bar tender was not keen for drinks. So you end up not staying upstairs. Not much point having a pool, skybar and view if you cannot use it in the evening.

The noise, karaoke from nearby bar until very late at night, building works adjacent to property all day noise, moved rooms to back and silent until the bank of A/C units outside of room kicked in causing a high degree of reverberation / vibration in room, no sleep for us.

Big buffet breakfast, lots of options, nice selection of fruit, and also a woman cooking eggs to order. Spacious rooms, very clean, comfy beds. Pool is great, also some shady areas to sit around there, you can also order food so you don't need to leave the pool. Hotel can hire tuktuks for you for the day to go round Angkor, I assume they have a selection of drivers they use regularly so you know you are getting someone you can trust. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The facilities are a little older but that didn't bother us. Everything was still very clean and well kept.

The staff were so helpful and were a huge help organising trips to the temples. They always asked how we were and if they could help in anyway. The location is brilliant for good bars and restaurants; Pub Street is about a 5 minutes walk away. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pretty poor value for money: mosquitos in room; laundry came back unwashed (once); mediocre breakfast (nobody wants to peel rambutans first thing, thanks); staff friendly but of varying competence; faciliated driver who then refused to drive us where we wanted to, going to Chong Khneas instead (for $20); demanded payment upfront; in sum, I would no go back, choose a nice boutique hotel any time instead.

Don't go down to breakfast during the last hour of serving as the choice is far more limited. We had good wifi access in our first room but not our second. Small design fault in the second room shower we realised that unless you aimed the flow directly at the curtain it would go around the edges of the bath and onto the floor. Swimming pool area is beautiful and the pool itself looks inviting, but don't open your eyes the chlorine and salt is very strong.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms were comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful. They sorted out a problem with power in our room very quickly and moved us to a new one, in this one providing the missing shower curtain in just a few minutes. The bar on the top floor is a great place to have a sundowner in the evening.
