We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Japan9F restaurant, air conditioner not work at breakfast time. Little bit hot. After touch room door key card, needs waiting 10 seconds for open.
I stayed 4 times this hotel. This time, I stayed 5 nights. All staffs very kindly. Especially front desk staffs had nice smile. Room is always good clean up. Security also good work. I will soon booking again (^_^)
