Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hot water only worked twice, the rest of the time I had to take cold showers. There were no cushions on the seats in my room.
Bed was really comfortable. AC was strong and the food in the restaurant was good when I didn't feel like leaving to eat.

Very spacious rooms, bed and pillows are very comfortable, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. I also enjoyed the cocktail, foods that was delicious and reasonably priced, and swimming pool was great for relaxing. Thank you to all your staff. They do a wonderful job.

I enjoyed my stay at Darling Pub Hostel! The room was clean, bright and spacious and comfy bed. Great food, great service and the restaurant had an amazing menu that had me wanting to order everything. Nice swimming pool and good for relax after the tour. The hostel also provide many tour options so easy to do what we want during the time in Siem Reap, have to say, this was a most pleasant experience in this hostel. Hightly recommend!

The place is clean, they give you a welcome drink and a towel, there’s a pool, and the staff is so nice😍 They help you with everything, I easily booked the sunrise temple and floating village tours at the reception and had a great time. The room is big, with an ensuite bathroom stocked with shampoo and soap. There’s AC and the bed is huge with really comfy sheets and pillows. I also ate at the restaurant on rainy days and the food was good. The coolest thing is the location, since it’s on Sok San Road, which is central and full of restaurants and things to do within walking distance

We stayed here for 4 days and we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean, quiet(good for sleep) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great pool and good foods with many options. Everyday the cleaning lady cleaned our room. The hostel price was cheap which is a positive point I really like. Next time I would book here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hostel . Was really pleasantly surprised by the excellent service, the facilities are no less than WOW!!! The food is great, the swimming pool is also very impressive. Everything was perfect during my stay.

Beautiful food! Fantastic reception staff! That are they’re day and night to assist your needs. The pool is clean and gorgeous and lights up different colours! The location was perfect for exploring the area. The room is spacious and very clean and I like the bed here, very soft, comfortable to sleep.

I can’t find any fault with this hostel
Definitely one of the best hostel in Siem Reap, nothing to complain. Without a doubt, one of the hostel's highlights is the staff. Everyone I came into contact with was really friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a relaxing and pleasurable time. If you want an unforgettable hotel experience in Siem Reap, I wholeheartedly recommend it and cannot wait to return!

Wow. Super friendly, super clean and within walking distance of pub Street. Very comfortable home away from home. Extended stay and will stay again when I return to siem reap. Very nice people.

If you're going to Siem Reap, stay here. I stayed at Darling Pub Hostel and asolutely loved it. The design is super modern, clean, and actually feels fun. The common areas are perfect and the hostel also provided some tour, like Angkor Wat tour, floating village tour...it was great. this place feels cecureand conveniente. I'd 100% stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Darlig Pup Hostel. The room was beautifully designed, with great attention to detail, and the swimming pool was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with a smile. Overall, it was impressive experience staying there.

Wonderful hostel, centrally located but still quiet. Rooms very clean and nice! We felt very comfortable! Great bar! Clean pool, good food, everything perfect! I stayed in over than 100 hostels and possibly this one is the best, Beds are so big and comfortable, swimming pool is great and you'll have billiards to play a game! So no doubt to choose this place in Siem reap
