No TV cable for lazy movie day, but great outdoor spaces. Their "natural" toiletries are fully plastic. A little change would be more truthful to their values.

Great location, nice room and hotel itself is small, but gorgeous. Staff was super helpful, they checked in us earlier without a question and provide bedding for our child for free, which is quite rare in south east countries. Breakfast and pool both are amazing

The shower screen completely shattered, almost badly injuring my partner. In the moment the staff were great and upgraded the room and gave us a cocktail voucher but there was no follow up after to check how he was or if he was okay. Considering the severity of what happened this seemed careless.

Great pool and great food with plenty of choices. The hotel feels very zen and is spotlessly clean.

The room was ok, tiles were a little dated, and the AC was poor. It did work but was very noisy.

The staff were really nice, friendly and professional. The rooftop view from restaurant is nice and the pool is great, but the view from the end of the pool is not great.

Only quibble was that the shower pressure was a bit low compared to other properies we have been to in Cambodia.but a very minor issue in the context of an overall great property.

Lovely staff, an excellent location with a great rooftop pool. My wife and I travelled with our adult daughter so we had two rooms both of which were perfect for our needs with a comfortable bed, good ac a well equipped bathroom and good soundproofing from the street below.

This is my go to place when traveling to Phnom Penh. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, having a ceiling fan in addition to A/C is a huge bonus, and it's right in the heart of the city to get to things by foot but it still feels like a quiet oasis. The staff is also incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful clean, large rooms with small balcony overlooking internal pond and wall garden. Roof top pool is superb. Pool is large, lots of sun beds and roof top bar. Breakfast is also at roof top and is small but sufficient. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Hotel is a short walk to wharf and about 1.5 - 2km to night market…but you can get a tuk tuk if you don’t want to walk for US$1-$2

Rooms were spacious and comfy. Aircon wasn't the coldest in the summer but the ceiling fan definitely helped! We also had one of the best massages from the spa in the hotel. Good location and great value!

Shower didn’t work for 2 times. We waited so long before they fixed and then I doesn’t work again. Missed an important meeting of this. They offer us another room but when you have to wake up at 05.00 it’s not so comfortable

A room on a higher floor costs an additional $10 per night. The gym is not fully equipped, and there were mosquitos.

The location is excellent. The pool is very good, and the rooftop view of the city skyline is amazing. The staff are very nice.

Penh House Hotel is ideally located close to many attractions (Royal Palace, riverwalk, sunset cruise) and with great restaurants and shops nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors (like us) who are new to Phnom Penh because there is so much to do within walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride. The hotel is beautiful, and spacious, with good public spaces--a rooftop restaurant and bar, a nice-sized pool, a decent gym, and an attractive lobby area. Everything is exquisitely clean and well-maintained. The staff are amazing--welcoming, gracious, and thoughtful about making sure guests feel cared for, including remembering our names and small preferences. Wow--I'm impressed!

Included breakfast is a bit simple but it does the job. Would be good if the massages were a bit more price competitive compared to the local shops.

The hotel is placed within walking distance nave to the river and night markets. Very clean, great roof top pool and bar. Nice and quiet, no night clubs around it.
