In the room there was no closet or shelf to put clothes. Just a bar with some hangers.

Good hotel for short stay in Kep. Friendly and attentive staff in general. Good location, right in front of the beach. Good views from the room. Many restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. Good breakfast included in the price.

Both Mattresses were very very bad in twin room and no hurry to change even though they had complaints before so had to move room which was fine I have stayed in many different rooms over the years and beds have always been fine

Room was very basic and bathroom ok but view was good. Staff were helpful. Only 1 night stay. Packed us nice muesli and yoghurt as we left early 7am on the bus to Phnom Penh. Pool was nice.

No lift so there are a lot of stairs to manage between street level and your room but it’s only really an issue when you check in or out. No cover over the outside area of the bar so when it rains you need to move inside. It’d be a great spot to enjoy the showers if it was undercover.

Saravoan is directly opposite Kep beach so it’s the perfect place for a beach holiday. It has a really relaxed vibe with attentive staff and a fantastic bar at street level. The rooms all face the beach so you get amazing views although the best views are from the third/top floor. We last stayed here in October 2019 and they’ve made some improvements to the property since then. There’s a new infinity edge pool, improved room design and hotel design and the restaurant and bar have both been renovated. The downstairs bar has a very small shop but stocks some ethically source and sustainable products such as bags and other products made from old fishing nets and others made from recycled plastic that looks like leather. The prices are very reasonable as well. We loved the bar. Great cocktails and service and a great place to chill between swimming and eating and relaxing. This was our second stay at Saravoan and we’d definitively come back again.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. There was limited hangin space in the bathroom. But they did have more than most hotels in Cambodia. Maybe the only other thing, if you plan on getting the rooms in the top floor, be ready for walking a lot of stairs each time you go to your room. There's no elevator.

We got the Delux Double with Bath, and enjoyed our stay immensely. It had a fantadtic view of the ocean,and islands. and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the rstaurant a few time, although the prices are a little high. All the staff were lovely, and always happy to help. The pool was one of the best features of the hotel. With it having shade in the afternoons, and a nice view out to the ocean. It weas a great place to relax.

No fan in room / WiFi was terrible, extender added to room which worked, but was taken out again for another guest. Unrelated to the hotel, but it is important to know, the crab market & parking areas are absolutely littered with plastic. So a feed of seafood here means you're consuming micro plastics. It's such a shame for tourism.

Hotel is using sustainable practices: re-fillable water station (though no info or signs directing guests to it), plus refillable bathroom containers 👍🏼 The view - location, location, location.

Hotel has a fabulous view of Kep beach, especially the top floor rooms. The rooms are simple but efficient. Nice breakfast area overlooking the beach. Good choice of breakfast including a couple of Asian options. The gentleman serving us at breakfast was extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful. Nice swimming pool although limited space for sun beds, howerver, there are a couple of terraces with sea views with comfortable chairs.

I had a room by the pool and the door was very difficult to unlock. Apparently this has been fixed though.

Definitely the best view from any hotel in Kep. The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast was pretty good. My room was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay.
