The Staff was overly attentive and extremely friendly warm inviting wonderful people

TV worked but I could not figure out how to use properly. Smart TV with Dumb operator.

Location was ok. First room proposed a very small compared to what was seen in pictures. Room upgrade was offered at no extra cost near the pool. The staff was very helpful in helping with luggage.

The shower and toiler at same level. So floor very wet after every shower.

I like how this property near the pub street so food is really accessible. BUT the towels and the bed sheet is dirty, the towel has bunch of not sure if it was makeup stains

The location is convenient, close to the main street, and close to several shops, markets, and restaurant options. Walkable distance to the river and local food.

You can hear the music of closed clubs, and restaurants at night, it isn't to much or til to late but can be an issue for some people

It certainly offers value for money and is very close to Pub Street, the night markets and other streets for many food choices and drinking choices if you're into that. Reception staff are very friendly but outside of reception the level of English spoken is low. The restaurant staff for example (excluding the gentleman on breakfast) have a very low level of English which for a hotel with international clients is poor I would suggest.

I had several issues with my internet crashing during my 5 days in my room (504) including the last evening when the internet was off everywhere for the whole night. The place is a bit run down and I had to take the pillowcase off once and I was shocked at the stains on the pillow. It should have been replaced years ago! The inclusive breakfast was passable but nothing exciting! You WILL hear noise from the nearby bars until 2AM or later!

We visited many hotels in search of a good pool and a cozy hotel. This option is the best of all. I recommend taking a studio with a view of the pool, you will not regret it. I paid $ 20 - it is worth it. It was so good here that we extended it for another 9 nights.

I didn't find any disadvantages. For such a price I have never seen such a room with such a cool pool. It was a shame to leave, I will definitely come again

Very close to markets and centre. Very helpful staff.

Our original rooms near the pool were closer to the night clubs on Pub Street so the music kept us awake. The staff were very accomodating and moved us to the main building and after that we weren’t bothered by the night club noise.
