Some of the facilities in my room didn't work like bumgun and bathroom light.

The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable, with great views and all the amenities you need. I loved the peaceful atmosphere despite being so close to the lively riverside restaurants and cafés. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready with a smile, making the whole experience feel special. If you want a comfortable stay with easy access to Phnom Penh’s riverside charm, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Only the bedrooms have air on the actual room and lounge doesn’t have aircon and the balcony door has gaps in it so it gets very hot in there so if you are on the sofa bed it will be very uncomfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, and relative to other properties in the area listed by Booking, it seemed reasonably priced. Post-booking communication was excellent and check in staff was courteous and prompt. I lowered my rating to 7 (=Good) because the facility is definitely dated and the in-room amenities are not fully adequate. A/C was very weak, no mini fridge, no safety box, and initially no towels.

It was hard to find as the alley was incorrect and the signs still had the old name and the hotel didn’t even exist in Google maps.

The room was for 3 people but there was only one chair and a very small table. The shower was cold and did only work some times.

The location was fantastic and the people in the reception pleasant. The rooms were also quiet given the location we were in.

The furnishings are old and tired. The sofa had a huge dip in it and it all felt a bit grubby. The rainfall shower only had cold water, but at least there was a hand-held shower head with hot water to hose down after travelling. All the lights in the bedroom are on one switch, which is nowhere near the bed. They're either all on (too bright) or all off, so you can't had dimmed lighting or read in bed without having to get out of bed to switch off the lights and then trip over in the dark. All small things though, which are compensated for by the price which is good for it's location. The building is tucked away down an alleyway and Google Maps can't find it! Even the local tuktuk drivers couldn't find it!

The best thing about this 'hotel' is the location - across the road from the museum and 5/10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace. It's also just by the river, so a few minutes walk and you can sit in a cafe looking over the river. The young man on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Room needed a proper clean

I’m bit conflicted with this review. I stupidly booked the wrong days on a no refund basis. The manager kindly waived the charges. Location is fantastic, communication and directions were excellent and staff friendly and helpful. But the room was quite grubby and dirty.
