Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe had a great time at this hotel. Not only is it beautiful, but the staff go above and beyond to look after you and make you feel relaxed and welcome. They also matched us up with our fabulous driver Lay. Really glad we picked this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

AustraliaUnfortunately there was a person smoking in the outdoor restaurant all the time, it was just one person but would be good if they had a designated smoking area so non-smokers can avoid it.. It’s a little far away from things but they provide a free tuk tuk into town and also as the food is good you don’t need to go out to eat. We had a room issue as my mum has a bad knee and couldn’t walk up the stairs but the staff resolved this and were very helpful , I think if you had issues the staff would fix it they were very attentive.
The Nature is very quiet and relaxing. It was very clean and had beautiful rooms. There’s a great menu, lots of choices, you can easily eat all your meals there , it’s healthy and yummy. They have a social enterprise with training young Cambodians and they are doing a great job, the staff were very sweet and spoke great English so we were able to ask them all kinds of cultural information that helped us understand Cambodia better. They had a complimentary afternoon tea ( see picture) and tapas nite. We felt very safe at this place and will happily stay again.

United KingdomThe kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. The property wasn’t in the main hotel complex as I had assumed - it was along a quiet road next to its twin villa.
The property was wonderful - spacious, all the rooms clean and very comfortable, the pool was amazing, the area peaceful. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The cleaners took a lot of time and pride in making everything just perfect and the hotel tuktuk drivers were reliable and friendly. Reception staff were very helpful. A magical experience.

ThailandThe location of the hotel was further out of town than we expected, but it was fine :)
The hotel was set in a lush garden with a gorgeous swimming pool in the centre. It was very peaceful and well-maintained. The staff were polite and were able to help us with booking tours and arranging taxis.

United KingdomNothing really. Just hope we can make it back some day!
An oasis of calm and tranquility. It was a real sanctuary to return to each night or to spend the day relaxing in. The lush planting and pool were enjoyable to spend time in. Walking around bare foot added to the experience. Rooms were large, comfortable and stylish. Breakfast offered had a large range. We eat in a few times and enjoyed. Afternoon yea was a little bonus. Laundry was cheap. But the best bit was the staff. Such a gentle and calm manor and would do anything to help and make your stay better. But that about sums up the Cambodian people - we all fell in love with them!

United StatesFrom the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome—so friendly and genuinely warm. The entire place feels peaceful and beautifully connected to nature. Even with trees all around, the pool was spotless and well-maintained, which really impressed me. One of my favorite touches was the afternoon tea with traditional Cambodian desserts—such a thoughtful and unique way to experience the local culture. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so relaxing and special. Can’t wait to come back!

New ZealandWe were sad to leave, we enjoyed our stay so much!
The Nature is a beautiful oasis of calm from the hot, hectic and wonderful Siem Reap. The natural wooden building and lush green pool area makes you feel instantly cool and at home. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and very lovely, and all over look the planted pool area. The staff were all friendly and smiley, particularly Patrick who helped us organise bike tours, cooking classes, the circus and a private car to Phnom Pehn. Nothing was too much trouble. He ensured our stay was relaxed, fun and easy. We all loved our stay at the beautiful Nature hotel. Thank you.

LithuaniaWe stayed here with a couple of friends during our trip to Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious, and the property is like a little oasis, which makes it really special. It's a quiet place away from the city but very accessible by tuk-tuk or taxi. The staff were all lovely, and the food in the restaurant was also really good. Overall, a good place to stay.

Australia- The shower curtains were dirty from the previous stay, this was the only tiny blemish on what was a fantastic stay. - The location is a bit far out from the city centre.
I really liked the peaceful garden setting and how relaxing the whole place felt. The staff were incredibly kind, and the pool was perfect after long days exploring the temples.

FranceThe hotel is in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. A peaceful haven surrounded by nature. We really enjoyed the daily afternoon tea and the opportunity to plant a tree with Riri, who gave us a warm welcome and great activity recommendations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their kindness, warm smiles, and wonderful hospitality. Everyone worked with great discretion and a keen eye for detail.

AustriaThis hotel is truly lovely, our ground floor room was beautiful with lots of space, directly opposite the pool. The whole place is filled with lots of plants and trees, which always keeps it cool and provides shade. This is especially nice when you return from a hot day visiting the temples; relaxing at the surprisingly big pool afterwards feels incredibly refreshing. All the staff are super nice and will help you arrange anything you need. Tuk tuks to go visit the temples etc will be arranged for you at a very fair price! Our driver was really nice and provided us with some info about the temples and surroundings in English. We often had coffee at the pool, which was really good and inexpensive. There is also free afternoon tee with snacks. The place is a bit further away from Siem Reap and the temples, but that’s no problem with Tuk Tuk, and we loved how calm it was. You can also book car transport from and to the airport. The whole place feels like it’s designed with lots of care and attention to detail, and we really loved the atmosphere and the welcoming staff!

United KingdomThe property is away from the town ( about3 km) - which can be a bonus but always required a tuk tuk to visit the town ( free from the hotel to town in the evening)
An immediate sense of calm on entry to this sanctuary. Shade plants covered the whole area including the swimming area and prevented direct access of the sun into the room allowing it to stay cool without the air conditioning ( which also worked well to keep the whole room cool). Nice touches of free tuk tuk to town in the evening, free afternoon tea, flowers in the room, welcome drink on arrival and welcome happy hour for cocktails. The staff here had good English and were delightful and always ready to help. If you want a tour of the temples use Mr T ( knowledgeable tour guide with good English) and Mr Bee for your tuk tuk driver - can be arranged from the hotel
