Comfortable and clean. Quiet at night. Walking distance from the center, pub Street and markets. Staff very polite and helpful. Lots of restaurants next to the hotel. The pool is nice too. We enjoyed the Angkor Wat visit with our tuk tuk driver.

A truly lovely space that feels both relaxing and welcoming. The pool at the Urban location is fantastic, and the lush greenery throughout makes the hotel feel like a jungle retreat. The staff were outstanding, always attentive, welcoming us warmly each time we returned, and consistently going above and beyond with kindness and helpfulness. Having a restaurant on-site also added to the ease and comfort of our stay.

The location was great, easy walk to pub street. Right next door to the night market. The staff were very accommodating, they made it easy for our early check in and to leave our bags during our last day. Very clean and tidy, pool was great and beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend for your stay in Siem Reap

Everything was good

The property is charming, just a little walk from the busy pub street so it is quite and nice. The hotel and rooms were very clean. All the finishings were high quality even at a budget price. The staff were always helpful and friendly, as were all the people in siem reap.

How central it is to all things in town, the ease of organising tours, I had a Tour with Naroth who was exceptional, he had so much knowledge about the temples and was always there waiting for me with cold water, when I finished my own walk around.

The friendliness and helpfulness of Sam and Dara were amazing. I came in late because of a delayed flight and they changed my reservation to suit me best, they also checked in with me regularly to make sure I had everything I needed and arranged tours for me. Everything was easy, comfortable and delightful, like being in my own luxury home.

I stayed in the budget room for 3 nights which was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. There were some issues with the hot water but Sam resolved this quickly. The FOH of house are always friendly and welcoming. There is a pool and spa, though I did not get to test these since I was busy with the temples.

The Urban absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff are an 11/10 - so friendly, always saying hello and wanting to help. The manager, Sam, was fantastic - so kind and attentive. The location is also great - very close to the night market, old market, and Pub Street. The price was also a selling point. The hotel rooms themselves were well appointed and exactly what you'd expect from the photos online. We will definitely be back next time we are in Siem Reap!

Amazing little gem, highly recommended for anyone who is looking to experience real Cambodian hospitality. Mr. Sam, the hotel manager goes an extra mile in order to ensure the comfort and care for the hotel guests. Every step of the stay is curated. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged upon request. If you're looking for an experienced local guide, ask for Mr. Tee. If you need a driver, ask for Mr. Art. Both excellent. The hotel is conveniently located - 5 min walk to the Pub Street, the center of Siem Reap's nightlife, but far away from the city noise (allowing for a wonderful night sleep).
