Nothing to complain....

I only was one night but the Welcome and Service from the Supervisor Meas Sovann was exquisite and efficient!... well done Meas! You should have one day an important position in that Hotel 😀😉. The room modern and big, Pool on the first floor beautiful (I didn't spend time there because I came too late to the Hotel). They have a Shuttle to go and come from Airport, it's only 15 minutes on walk (I came on foot). Breakfast is very completed... You have different things to eat. As European I can recommend this Hotel if You need to be near from Airport and City.

Nice hotel directly at the airport, offering free shuttle. So this is the perfect location for a night before or after a flight. The restaurant was spacious but no other guests were there at dinner-time. The hotel seemed to be designed for Chinese guests mostly, which we could feel at the breakfast buffet as there were little options for vegetarians / vegans.

I didn’t know such hotels are available so close to airport

Very close to the airport, with a taxi ride costing only $3–4. The service is absolutely perfect! If you’re lucky enough to be assisted by Sovann at the front desk, you’ll be even more impressed by her exceptional service mindset and customer focus.

No sign of any environmental measures in place e.g. recycling or advice on water saving which we had seen everywhere else we stayed in Cambodia. Very aimed at Asian market so all surrounding restaurants only working in Chinese and Cambodian. If those are not languages you speak then you're pretty much stuck in the hotel for local food options

Only a couple minor things that didn’t impact me much on my short stay- I had trouble getting TV to show TV stations like news channels although lots of movies available.

The room was super comfortable, clean and had a number on little extra details that enhanced it’s comfort, from a robe &slippers to well marked buttons for the lights, curtains,etc. Staff was very attentive. Breakfast offerings varied and good.

Even though the hotel has smoking floors, the previous room guest smoked in the toilet and the smell was overpowering. We changed rooms but the smell of cigarette smoke was coming through the air conditioning. It’s time for hotels to go no smoking everywhere.

Right next to the airport, perfect for our early flight the next day. Brand new and very clean. Lovely bathroom.

We stayed overnight here because of its convenient location to the airport. We had free transfer from and back to the airport, making life easy for a family of four. The hotel was amazing - with a well-equipped gym, stunning pool, and the best breakfast we experienced in Cambodia with an incredible array of food. My teenagers rated the breakfast and gym 10 out of 10. The rooms were very comfortable. I only wished we stayed more than one night. And a special shout out to Kakada who made our farewell from Cambodia so special. A true gentleman.

Wish there was a jacuzzi or sauna room. But great overall.

Breakfast was good. Service excellent from front desk to room staff to bellman. Pises, Pich and Sreyneang were very helpful at the front desk and with my 5 bags and shuttle service to the airport, within about 5 minutes ride. Very nice. We used the mini-gym, then relaxed by the pool. Later had a drink and some chicken wings at the bar located by the pool.

It was too bad that my room had a lingering smell of cigarette, although I was on the 7th floor where it’s forbidden to smoke inside the room.. It didn’t really bother me, but it could be an issue for someone who is sensitive to smells.

The facility was super clean, and the staff were very warm and friendly, always at your service. Big shoutout to Meas Sovann, who was very helpful and understanding of my situation. She arranged for a later check-out since my flight was at night, and also made sure my clothes, which I had submitted very late to housekeeping, were ready on time—cleaned and pressed—so I could pack without any worries before my evening flight. Thanks to her and the staffs, my last night in PP and my stay there was just perfect !
