We had a great stay at this place. The staff were friendly, the room was great, and the pool and restaurant were also very good. We had an excellent cooking class, and the staff, Pin and Vallet, gave us a great market experience.

❌ the annex building has no elevator. So you need to drag your stuff upstairs. I didn’t know that. ❌ because the hostel is so close to the night street, it can maybe be audible in the room. Just so you know! I was able to sleep though. ❌ there was a blood stain on the bed. It looked old but still disappointing. ❌ it cost money to fill your water bottle?? Nobody checked it with me but still. Seeing this sign made me upset.

✅ it’s very close to the night markets and central areas, bars, attractions. It’s only 6000 riels to go to the genocide museum. ✅ the staff are very friendly, they offer to help with your bags ✅ they organise lots of activities and tours, the night I arrived there was a walking tour of the local area ✅ the pool looks really nice and I wish I had more time to just stay and enjoy that! ✅ the rooms were clean

Do not book the annex building. Always go for the main building.

Had a 3-night stay in a 6-bed dorm room. The hostel and staff were amazing. The facilities were good, including the pool, bar, games, tour booking, and a free walking tour. The entire experience was great and memorable, especially the staff was friendly and supportive in all aspects. Best part was the different activities that they have for each day. Fees like staying there for more days. Well done guys.

There are no showers at the pool, so it's not very hygienic that everyone jumps super sweaty in the water.

I got a double bed room and the beds were very comfortable, everything was clean and well equipped. The pool area is nice and the restaurant has a great few to the river. The location is very good, many restaurants and cafes are around.

Be aware the luggage storage is open for anyone to walk in and drop or take bags - staff don't monitor who takes bags but it is in eye sight of reception

There are lot of scams happening around the hostel. The reception initially informed me that they have kept a sign in the lift providing information of the scams, but there was no sign. Immediately the staff put the sign. Watch out for your money and personal belongings.

Specially their cafe staffs Saron , Nai and their manager Bunsok are really amazing hosts , and all the staffs are best though!
