“The hotel is a marginally dated three star business hotel with a small lobby, friendly reception staff with a basic understanding of English, the whole affair 14 stories, my room on the ninth floor smallish but adequate, with queen-sized bed, a large window over a nondescript urban landscape, bathroom, shelving unit, television, AC, cabinet, fridge, and small writing table. Everything in the place worked impeccably, the lighting, electrical plugs, fridge, the AC, wifi, and the hot water. A buffet breakfast is available. The place is very clean, located in the entertainment district by City Hall, with loads of restaurants, bars, cafes, also close to the major attractions of the city not far to the north.”

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property, they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff is, and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
