How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Verified reviewThe location is extremely convenient, just a short walk from Busan Train Station. The room is spacious and the large bathtub is a great bonus.
A cleaner entered the room while I was in the shower, which was unexpected. I should have placed the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, but it might be helpful if housekeeping was done by request to prevent situations like this.

Floor in the room should be more cleaner, and the jacuzzi in the shower room why is that for? It should be taken out and it can be replaced for a sink in shower.

Verified reviewThe hotel is very close to the main train station. Check in was very quick. Room was reasonably large and had a huge bath.
Nothing was bad, not sure if there were any facilities? Microwave? Not too important as short stay. Room wasn’t the same as picture but still good.

Verified reviewShower had good pressure. Good hygiene on the bed ( I always check for small guests before lying in the bed but there was no so that's good ), got cold water in the fridge, close to KTX busan station exit 1 ( 2 mins walk for exit 1 )
The bathtub had a dirty footprint when I first got there. The caulk in the wet area/toilet/bathroom was very old so it was "breaking". Bed was a bit hard but it was nice to sleep in. , a bit hard to understand AC system. Breakfast for 7000 won was a bit lacking ( premade plate with melon piece, cabbage and tomato ) then you can get bread with butter and jam and fried egg, bacon and some kind of sausage ( non sure what kind of meat tho ), some kind of soup?. For 7000 won its ok.

Verified reviewHotel is next to the central station,very convenient to go and see the city by foot or public transport. Lots of food options around and you can do laundry for free as a bonus, what more can you ask for.
Front staff was really not up to it, they didn't like dealing with you, that was my impression, breakfast is nothing to write home about , every day you get the same food on a plate that is waiting for you and that's it, there are better options across the road in the station or around the neighbourhood

Verified reviewThis hotel is so well located, it's bonkers. SO handy for when you arrive/leave the city, being next to the central station. Lively neighbourhood nearby and lots of shops. Olive Young is a stone's throw away. Really thought this place was lovely.
The view from the windows is of a train yard, but we didn't spend much time inside anyway! Aside from that, the stay was aces. :)
