The facility is great - have everything that you need. The room is bigger than staying in a hotel. Location is convenient and have parking space. Definitely good value for money.

The bedding could be a bit better, and the pillows maybe should be replaced. Although the title for some of the rooms says "Ocean view," you do not have an ocean view as there are many buildings between the apartment and the ocean.

Spacious apartment, in very good location, the host was very nice and responsive. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It's a quiet location.

Be aware you are fairly close to Jeju International Airport, so during busy times (generally, at various periods between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.) you can hear the aircraft. For non-Korean customers, the bathroom towels are small and you will be asked to take out and separate the trash.

Overall, this was a very nice property and we had a good stay. The hotel was very clean. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us near the market area with multiple good food options, and it allowed us relatively good access throughout the island. The neighborhood was quiet. Check in and check out were very easy. Parking was adequate.

The blinds are very thin, so you wake up the moment the sun rises - blackout curtains would be good.

The only tiny negative was that I booked an ocean view room but didn’t get that. However, the owner did leave me a lovely note apologising as I’d booked last minute so it wasn’t a big deal!

The blind for the window was not adequate. During night it decently dark, but after sunrise it was too light in the room for sleeping. The bed was not very comfortable for me, but that could be different for the next guest.

Very nice hostess, a lovely little lady. Then again, I only met her at checkin The place is very much self-service. Room was spacious and light. Location was not smack in the middle, but still within walking distance.

It was very nice and quiet and close to shopping and food markets. It was also pretty close to the airport making it easy to get in and go back. The only improvement I can mention is using a cleaning cycle to clean out the washing machine. I did not use it because when I pulled the tray out, it seemed to need a good cleaning. Everything else was very awesome and clean!

Nice small clean apartment with everything you need! Cool view over parts of the city, the location turned out to be perfect to reach most attractions I wanted to see in 15 minutes by foot. Super helpful information in your room & the front officd on restaurants nearby, tourist information, how to behave as a tourist not knowing Korean hospice culture.. the host is super nice and helpful with any question you have! I was able to stay one night longer on short notice for a very fair price.

No sheets on the bed, just a top sheet. This was fine for one night. Top floors are HOT. The sun bakes the building in summer and the A.C struggled to keep up.

Easy self check in with simple, friendly instructions. Felt like a hostel with all of the welcoming charm. It's not for everyone but was perfect for me.

Simple and basic room, no sea view. Self checkin was oké, but I prefer a more personal touch, did not see anybody in the 5 days we stayed.

The blind was not block out, and there was no lamps beside either bed so one needed to walk across the room with a phone torch once the big lights were turned out.

It was dark when arrived late at night. Have to ask the reception desk for the air-conditioner remote.
