The location is not that near the myeongdong market but the walk was worth it with the view of namsan tower and under ground malls. The room is big and the staff can communicate well.

The location was sensational, close to night street markets, multiple metro station exits and the Lotte department store. Restaurants were all around and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Safety was also taken very seriously with fire extinguishers in the room and multiple extinguishers on every floor as well.

I regret to say that my stay at the hotel in Seoul was disappointing. The walls of the room were dirty, with numerous scratches and insect stains. The bathroom and sink were old, and the room lacked basic amenities. The refrigerator didn't cool properly, and the air conditioning was outdated. For the price paid, I expected better accommodations.

l can say the lobby staff for their friendly and helpful demeanor.

The staff were amazing, checked us in early after a long haul flight, no language barrier and would help anyone coming into reception whether they were a guest of the hotel or not. we plan to go back next yr.

Nothing major, but not easy for parking, specially if you have friends wanting to pick you up at all times 😅🫣

Location is very convenient with easy access to the subway as well as many attractions. Seoul Station was near as well. Reception was friendly.

Near Myeong-dong shopping street, Namdaemun market and Gyeongbokgung Palace. Lots of restaurant around.

Sound proofing of the rooms was poor - could hear other guests on our floor. Room a little grubby in places, particularly bathroom - nothing major to warrant complaining.

Good location, walking distance to the main Myeongdong street. Close to the metro. Bed was comfy, room a good size. Staff friendly.

Bathroom setup wasn’t the best and sometimes could hear lots of noise.

The internet was intermittent. They sent a technician to fix it but still not very good connection. Breakfast also was not good selection. Rarely to we get meat.

It’s in a quieter neighborhood and they also allowed us to check in 3hrs earlier

The second time I stayed here I was in room 1010 and I wasn't as keen though it was the same layout, it was on the corner of the building which meant there was a window above my bed and outside was pretty noisy Staying at lower room numbers means you'll be closer to the lifts, which can be noisy They don't give you any other amenities but shower gel, shampoo, soap and some tea and coffee sachets There wasn't a wide selection at breakfast and not many places nearby are open early morning

I stayed here 2 times, my first room 607 was a dream, great size room and bathroom, very comfortable Close walk to City Hall Station and lots of restaurants nearby Seoul Station is 1 stop away on the subway Line1 The Incheon Airport Limousine can drop you by City Hall Plaza Hotel which is a short walk away Close to 2 7ELEVEN convenience stores Myeongdong main shopping street is also only a 20 min walk away They let you check in early for 10,000KRW per hour Staff at reception speak English and were super helpful and lovely There was a Worldpass kiosk and luggage scale in reception 2 lifts They only clean your room on request but do come in to give you new towels daily Has a getting-ready/make-up shelf and mirror Lots of lighting options and storage Lots of TV channels like MBC, SBS, Mnet etc Ring doorbell for each room
