Location could be a bit difficult to find at first, but once found was a very convenient location. Be careful to not confuse it with the other Brown Dot hotels.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from metro station, 10 minutes walk to vibrant Seomyeon or take 1 station ride. Quiet area, clean, very comfortable bed. Excellent value for money. Very spacious room (double the size of newer hotel rooms).

There was a gap in the bathroom door. You can see the other person directly from the bed when they are sitting on the toilet.

It wasn't spotless clean, but nothing horrendous. Just 1 or 2 hair on the floor or something.

The bathroom was amazing, with a bathtub (jacuzzi) AND a shower. Spacious too. The room was large and the space comfortable. Host was super nice with unlimited bottled water in the lobby and in the room. Central location, 2min walk of the metro stop and buses.

The location was a little less convenient but it wasn't too bad - just a few subway stops away from Busan station!

Great staff / concierge - they even helped me keep mail at the front desk! The room was very spacious and all the amenities were clean and tidy. Especially loved the LG sanitizer machine inside the room. The shower was really big too and overall a very comfortable and quiet space. Highly recommend!!

Everything about the hotel was simply the best. I was able to check-in earlier and receptionists were very kind and friendly. The room was spacious and absolutely beautiful - I’ve regretted not staying more nights just to enjoy the room. The massage chair was fenomenal, the bathroom clean and super modern, the bed was HUGE and very comfortable. After walking all day I slept like a baby. The location was super convenient, the metro literally around the corner and you have convenience stores, coffee shops and restaurants around. If I ever go back to Busan, I will rebook this hotel and the same room type again!!

The room was very large with an enormous bed. The bathroom was also huge. We had a massage chair which was great. The hotel is in a great location for getting around Busan We were able to use the washing machine and dryer on the 2nd floor for a very small sum

I chose the room with massage chair but end up its not included. Also washing is a little inconvenient as they only have 1 of each clean and dryer.

I got a good deal from Booking, so I think its worth the money. Also they have a LG clean machine which is really convenient

The showers, and there are two, put water all over the bathroom floor. There were no luggage racks. There was a kettle but only small paper cups which are not really suitable for a hot drink. And for some reason they kept leaving only one bath towel.

We were allowed early check-in which was very much appreciated. The room was large and had a massage chair which was perfect after a day of walking. They also have free coffee available in the foyer. Access to the washing machine and dryer, which I thought was going to be free, was actually 5,000 won per load. The location was very good with easy access to the subway and buses but there are not many restaurants close by. The bed was a little firmer than I like but I had a surprisingly good sleep.

It can be a bit difficult to locate initially. Huge gap in the bathroom door, so anyone sitting on the bed directly in front of you can see you sitting on the can. Needs translation for smart-toilet instructions
