Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

FranceOne small note: the breakfast is entirely Korean in style — likely delicious for those used to it, but perhaps a bit unfamiliar for international guests. That said, we found a lovely alternative just at the entrance of the village: Café Coji which quickly became our go-to spot for a cozy caffe latte !
Everything We had a truly enriching experience at Forchiudasan Resort & Meditation. The setting is serene and perfectly situated just a short early morning walk from Seongsan Ilchulbong — ideal for catching the unforgettable sunrise over the volcano. Waking up here and stepping straight into nature felt like a gift. The rooms are simple but comfortable, in line with the resort’s meditative spirit. Everything is clean, well-kept, and tastefully minimal, contributing to a sense of calm and presence. What makes this place exceptional is the genuine care of the staff and teachers. While most guests and instructors are Korean, they made a sincere effort to include and guide us as non-Korean speakers. We felt truly welcomed and supported, especially during the tea meditation and yoga sessions, which were both grounding and beautifully conducted. The instructors radiated warmth and attentiveness, helping us connect beyond language barriers. For those seeking a stay that combines tranquility, authenticity, and access to one of Jeju’s most iconic sites, this resort is a rare find. Highly recommended for travelers looking to slow down, reconnect, and start the day with something more meaningful than just sightseeing.

PolandIt’s in the remote area so you need to walk a bit to the nearest town but it can be also an advantage if you want to stay focused.
This resort is trully amazing. Every detail in this place is mastered into perfection. No matter if it comes to architecture, interior design or wellbeing programs, everything is excelent. I love that this place is focused on rest and silence. You can trully regenerate there. Yoga teachers try really hard to provide instructions in english fo foreigners. Anyway not everything was explained but for me that was not a problem. I was able to follow anyway. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and I really like that I can experience different approach to yoga :)

Such a great experience. Most is in Korean, but staff tried really hard to say as much as hey could in English. Lovely setting. Lovely experience!

Superb sunrise views from the room. Room amenities are of good quality, pleasantly surprised there are rubber slippers for shower in case some guests need them. The tea appreciation session taught us how to correctly steep tea and we love the teas introduced. Mr Lee and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Ojomiya was great too! Our first time trying some of the best Jeju home cooked soup and abalone porridge. Will definitely recommend to my friends 🙂

GermanyWhile most sessions were in Korean, some had translation and others didn’t, which made participation a little challenging at times. A stronger sense of community could have enhanced the experience, and a lighter breakfast option would be a welcome addition.
Chuidasun Tea & Meditation was a wonderful place to unwind. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful — we’ll truly miss them! Our room was comfortable with everything we needed, and the daily tearoom experience was a highlight. The meditation, yoga, and sound healing sessions were calming, offering a peaceful retreat from the world. The serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings made it an ideal place to relax and reflect. Overall, Chuidasun is a beautiful place to reconnect, and the kindness of the staff will stay with us long after our visit.

SwitzerlandNothing as such. Would have appreciated some more options for the breakfast (other than fish) but as such it was ok.
It’s a very nice and relaxing environment. The tea meditation as well as the yoga / meditation classes are just great. I loved the place. I came without car but it was ok. Many possibilities walking, by taxi or bus. The staff is very helpful and really nice.

United StatesThey staff and instructors were so kind. I am neither Korean nor a yoga person and they went out of their way to make sure I had a peaceful and relaxing experience. The tea teacher was also very good. Every room on 3 and 4 floor has beautiful ocean view. My only drawback was the beds are not as soft as western beds. However, you can wake and do yoga at 8 am tl stretch out any stiff parts. I really enjoyed it Herr.
