We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWe had a fantastic stay and have little to complain about. The only small issue was we would have liked to use the electric hob top but this was prohibited.
The property is in a fantastic location, close walk to Haeundae Beach and the Main Street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We had plenty of space in our family suite, which was immaculately clean. The bathroom was a good size and shampoo and soap were provided. Overall, for the price we paid we were extremely happy.

MalaysiaWe absolutely loved our stay at the Raviens. The location was in the middle of so much food, we were spoilt for choice! 5 mins walk to the beach, and 5 mins walk to the Haeundae metro station and bus stop. Cebtrally located, it is very convenient for getting public transport to Yonggungsa Temple and Cheonsapo on one end and to Gamcheon Cultural Village on the other side of Busan. The apartment itself was spacious and very well equipped for our family of 3.

United StatesThis is really a "do-it-yourself" hotel. They give you a room number and door code the day of check-in and that's it. If you want your room cleaned you have to call a day in advance and they charge 25,000 won. Meanwhile nothing to explain to you how to use the air conditioning, throw out your trash, or get more toilet paper if you run out. (Of course they do all that in the cleaning but otherwise your on your own). Also because there are 34 floors and only two elevators the elevators take a long time and get really crowded around mid-morning when a lot of people are checking out. Beds were quite hard.

PolandNot enough bedding sets - after sending messages we received additional sets. The towels are on the shelf behind the mirror - I am not sure, we would find it if not asking staff about it. Additionally, for me, there is clear miscommunication in room information. We booked a room for 3 people - in the rooms pictures on booking (for this type of room) we can see the bed and sofa in the room. It turned out that in the room there is only a bed. After messaging the staff, we were told, that they have two kinds of rooms, one with only one double bed and one with one single bed and sofa. According to your booking information one room can accommodate 3 or 4 persons. For us it's clearly not a case. After receiving additional "Korean bed set" we were able to sleep in 3 persons, but there is not a chance, that this room can accommodate 4.
