The host was very hospitable and even helped us book a taxi to the bus station. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of having breakfast delivered to our door in the morning. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable — the Jeonju Hanok Village experience was truly wonderful!

Our first hanok stay was exceptional. The room is traditional, well maintained, and the location is perfect for a visit to Jeonju Hanok Village. Mr. Li the host comes from a local Jeonju family of generations - he is kind, friendly, and provided us with many local recommendations. I highly recommend Hanok Hyejum!

We are deeply grateful to our hosts who welcomed us warmly and kindly, providing us with a traditional space to experience the Hanok houses in Jeonju. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with a refrigerator and a full bathroom, making our stay a pleasant and magical time, one in which we could almost be transported back in time. In addition, we enjoyed the recommendations our host, Mr. Lee, gave us to enjoy authentic traditional food, desserts, and iconic places in the city. Mr. Lee was always attentive to our needs and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Upon our arrival, he greeted us to help us with our luggage, and at the end of our stay, he accompanied us to the taxi to help us carry our luggage. It was a highly recommended experience that we will never forget and will always carry this beautiful experience in our hearts. Thank you to our hosts, may God bless you abundantly always.

Beautifully maintained hanok with friendly and welcoming English-speaking host Mr Lee (and his wife). Great location to explore the hanok village that offers much to do, steep in history and with excellent eats as well. Personally I enjoy sleeping on the futons, and the personal touch of mini breakfast was much appreciated. The room is on the cosy side. Mr Lee also helped calling a taxi for us to go to the bus terminal on the last day of our stay. For recharging, Jeonju is the right place to be.

The bathroom is on the smaller side so may be a tad uncomfortable for travellers who are tall.

Hello It was really hot today It's a rainy season in Korea for a month from the end of June to the end of July I think it's a bit different this year But when it rains, there's a lot of heavy rain I'm happy because it feels like you spent a comfortable time with your friend in my hanok I often hear that I feel like I went back in time because I built my hanok in a traditional style So there are pros and cons But there's nothing wrong Travel is full of happy people's stories as always, right? Korea is beautiful, Jeonju is worth a trip, and staying in a hanok gives travelers a comfortable night's sleep If you have a chance to visit Korea again, come to Jeonju Hanok Hyeyum will always be here I hope you are always happy and healthy

Staying here was a truly memorable experience. The hanok itself is beautifully maintained and offers a very authentic atmosphere. The courtyard also adds to the charm. Our host was kind and welcoming. They even prepared a small breakfast for us in the morning. Very central location as well, just a short walk from the main area.

Hello Last week was a golden holiday in Korea, but the weather was not very good. May is called the queen of seasons, but the weather is definitely really strange these days. It was the same when you and your company came. I continue to greet many guests and say goodbye, but I think you are one of my most memorable guests. If you come to my stay next time, I will be able to recognize you soon. Even before you came to my stay, you asked for information about tourism and I also checked that information, so I called all over the place and tried to give you the correct information. You and your party were really gentle and pleasant as well as showing us very well-mannered behavior. The pictures you took in Hanbok were very elegant and colorful like the Royal Family. I was also happy that I introduced Hanbok Rental House well. I hope you and your party have a great time in Korea. Always be healthy and happy

Hello, Sabrina Last weekend was a holiday in which Children's Day and Buddha's Birthday overlap in Korea, so many tourists visited Jeonju Hanok Village, but the weather was not very good, but today was really good. I think it must have been very hard for tourists to even eat in restaurants. Maybe you too. I was happy to be with you for two days. For solo travelers, we offer a traditional Korean bed made of pure cotton. It goes well with the ondol, the heating system of the hanok. Of course, it's good for our health. You were very kind and especially your bag will be more memorable. I hope you will spend more days in Korea and enjoy beautiful Korea. Always be healthy and happy

Right in the heart of the hanok village, a beautiful and peaceful spot to experience living in a traditional Korean household with all the modern amenities you need. The host was amazing, spoke great English and surprised us with a fresh light breakfast that wasn't included in the rate.

For westerners accustomed to thick mattresses, sleeping on a thin futon on the floor takes some adjustment, but the peace and quiet (and heated flooring) more than makes up for it.

Great stay at this lovely Hanok. Interesting experience, sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Not a problem for a few nights. Lovely wee garden you can sit, have your coffee and relax. Both hosts are helpful and there to provide you with any information you need about the village, from tours to attend and places for nice food.

Refrigerator was a bit noice throughout the night.

    Property response:

Hello How are you? The weather is really strange these days It is hot like summer during the day and cold in the evening. It is necessary to turn on the heater when staying in a hanok in this weather. This week is the holiday in Korea There are Labor Day and Children's Day, so Hanok Village is full of tourists. You were reading in the garden in the morning. The garden is very peaceful in the morning and evening, which is also great for meditation. The compressor sound of the refrigerator in the room seems to have disturbed your sleep. In that case, you could have unplugged the back of the refrigerator and picked it up again in the morning, but I should have told you in advance. If you have a chance to come to Korea next time, I hope to see you again Always be healthy and happy
