The hotel was very nice, the staff was very attentive and friendly, and it was in a great location right in the middle of Myeondong, so there was lots of restaurants and shops close by. Our stay was exceptional!

Great location, everything right outside your door. Staff were really lovely. Mini bar complimentary/ re stocked every day. Nice gym. Popcorn on arrival was a nice touch. Big room/ shower. It was noisy but not enough that you couldn’t sleep :)

The room was very small, the air conditioning makes noise coming on and off (which they do warn you about and suggest you cool the room very low and then turn it up to very high so the AC doesn’t come on in the middle of the night too disturb you), it was much too expensive for what you got.

The location is excellent, the bed is comfortable, hot water and great water pressure, they give you snacks in the refrigerator without charge. The front desk staff are very helpful.

Just that not comfortable for the bathroom have no solid door when its only can be closed with curtain and there were still have gap where the other person could see when using the handbasin..it would be perfect if the bathroom have more privacy instead of the transparent glass..aircond a bit noisy at night,they need to service for sure..bathroom bulb sometimes flickering when using the hot shower,maintenance team should check on this..

This hotel situated at the centre of Myeondong street..its just a few minutes walk to the subway station Myeondong and Euljiro il-ga St…Lotte department store is just opposite of the main road..I love the fact that its really near to few of the Halal Restaurant like Busanjib,Busanjib BBQ,Lepaklaa Restaurant,Kampungku Restaurant etc…you won’t be starving if you are staying in this area..I stayed in the deluxe room for 4days 3nights in this hotel with my mom..room was aesthetic and fully equipped with additional of air purifier+nespresso coffee machine+mini bar fridge+bath tub+toilet with bidet system like Japan..room was super clean and they provided free mini bar everyday included with the nespresso capsules..you dont have to worry if you have heavy luggages or travelling around with senior citizen or kids since every single floor accessible by elevator..in case of you arrived earlier than check-in time, you can keep your luggage for free..their staff were friendly and helpful..they can speak english very well and even its complimentary for early checkin for me..really appreciated on this☺️and yeah they have self service coin laundry which actually can even use card to pay😌super convenience

There is a little noise during the evening. but that is to be expected since the hotel is located right where all the action is in Myeongdong. The noise dies down as the evening progresses and at a decent hour.

Great hotel for first-time visitors! It is right in the heart of Myeongdong, convenient to all restaurants, stores, and to the night market. The staff are very professional and helpful. I had a situation needing to book last-minute train tickets, and the staff came through for me! I was so grateful. They offer complimentary water and other beverages im the fridge each day. The beds are so comfortable. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay!

Super clean, modern, classy hotel in the center of Myeondong! Complimentary - customizable mini bar if you don’t drink alcohol. Dyson hairdryer, Bidet and mostly the luxury feel and the location! English speaking staff that are warm and friendly.

Everything was perfect! We especially enjoyed breakfast, the room was perfect for a family of four and we enjoyed the free mini bar. The stuff was always friendly and helpful and the location is perfect, so many things to do around!

It can be a little noisy because of the location, but that's a small trade of for the convenience of the location. The lighting in the hallways could be brighter. I personally prefer more light.

The hotel is located in the heart of myeongdong and convenient to everything! The staff are very helpful.i needed help booking transportation at the last minute and u am grateful for their assistance! They provided us with complimentary water each day, other drinks and snacks! This is a wonderful place to stay for a first time visitor!

The design of the hotel was fantastic, and the room itself was equally impressive. Spacious, with a bathtub, bath salts, a powerful hair dryer, and excellent water pressure. The staff were incredible and even restocked the minibar for free every day. There was plenty of room for our suitcases, and despite the central location, our room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel’s location in the middle of Myeongdong made it easy to enjoy the bustling, high-energy, touristy vibe of the area. We only stayed here for part of our trip, which was a good balance, but for that time it was perfect. Overall, the combination of stylish design, thoughtful amenities, and great service made for a wonderful stay.

Everything! They also give you a 15% coupon on all stores of the same building, which I used! Amanda was perfect, she spoke 5 languages or more, it was easy to communicate with her in French or English

Honestly the hotel is simply perfect. This was the last stop of my trip from Tokyo, Hakone, Osaka, Busan to Seoul, and this one was by far the best hotel. The collection is excellent, the staff friendliness and attention to details, the room, the atmosphere, the amenities, everything was excellent!

Not much. If I have to think of one maybe the sound of the airconditioning could be quieter.

The staff were being very helpful and always responsed promptly on my request. The hotel was built by a famous Korean Star and therefore the decoration are filled with film's elements and also have some exhibition in the hotel which make the hotel unique.
