We love spending time at the Queen Hotel, the staff are fabulous and the location and amenities are hard to beat. There is free coffee and popcorn and even water provided to ensure you stay is great. Its our fourth time at the hotel and we keep coming back as we love the service and value for money. Plus its close - 2 min. walk from Unseo station which is an easy 5 minute train ride from Incheon airport.

there were sauna function at bathroom but didnt work.. it might be broken and didnt fix yet. nothing else.

room was really spacious, good price for just one night before head off to airport. It is really close to airport. A lot of restaurant,massage, convenience store around accomodation. Receptionist was nice and welcome. There were free coffee machine first floor. overall worth to stay 1 night.

Location is what it is, not much to do l, but it served its purpose being so close to the Airport. But then again I didn’t give it a fair go, there were lot’s of places to eat and I’m sure good shopping in the day time. Went on a hike at a nearby mountain before checking out

Huge room for the price. Separate toilet in it’s own room (with water and heat function - really nice) Jacuzzi and steam shower (up to 55C) Heaps of amnesties. Two big beds Iron Hidden things to find- make sure you look. Check-in a breeze, less than two minutes. Key card looked worn out but worked perfectly Late check out time. Highly recommended.

Hotel is not need and would be nice to make some renovations already. However clean and comfortable.

Room was very spacious and very quiet! Close to the airport as well as 2 mins from the train station. Very convenient for overnight stay before your early flight or night after late arrival. Lots of shops and cafes around. Room has all necessary amenities including toiletries

The underfloor heating was up extremely high and there didn't appear to be any way to adjust this. It was hard to sleep as we were too hot.

Great location, close to metro and Incheon Airport. Easy check in and out. Nice room, had everything we needed.

Location was very close to subway station, easy to find and room was spacious.

The hotel is a bit old. The room furniture look quite dated. The cleaning staff were very rude and stared at us even when we greeted them.

Convenient location. Very close to the airport (about 10 mins by car) and to Unseo AREX station (around 5-8 mins on foot). Many shops and restaurants around. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel offers free bottled water and canned juices. Also, an open kitchen to use 😀 which is really convenient.

Beds quite hard, hotel a bit old and dated but still clean and no problems, especially for the affordable price.

Good location, we took a taxi from T1 and it cost 13000 won on the way there and 11000 on the way back which was fine, took about 15 minutes or less. The area surrounding the hotel has quite a fee small restaurants and cafes so good to grab a local meal and have a wander around. It is small though so not enough to do for a long stay but great for an overnight during a transit. The room was large with high ceilings and felt spacious. The bathroom had separate bath and shower. There were 2 large queen beds, they were very hard mattresses so were not super comfortable for us but fine for 1 night. Lots of amenities provided including skin care items, toothbrushes etc. Kettle and coffee. The gentleman at reception was friendly and spoke English. He called us a taxi in the morning and it arrived immediately. Would recommend as an affordable option in a good location for the airport and would stay again for this purpose.

It was labelled Airport hotel and because of this I assumed there would be a shuttle service. There wasn’t.

The room is dirty, there is no proper sink, there is no proper window, the aircon is noisy and had no controls to adjust.

The price is excellent bake for money. Front desk staff are very helpful and efficient.

Price is excellent. Location is fantastic, set among traditional restaurants and a short ride to the airport. Rooms a big by anyone's standard. It come with breakfast. Coffee is bean to cup machine.

Only thing was that the bathroom had some mold and needed some deep cleaning.

Very convenient location and easy to get to. Walking distance from the subway and only a couple stops to and from the airport. Overall a pleasant stay.
