As we stayed in June and the weather got hot, we noticed the absence of AC in one room.

We stayed for almost a month and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is great, with everything you need inside. The owner is really nice and always in touch to make sure we have everything we need. The outside area is great and the whole thing is really clean and well maintain. Definitely will recommend the place !!!

Everything was great! We loved the outdoor seating area, the apartment itself was very spacious and well decorated. The owner was very nice and friendly and helped us a lot. One of the best bookings I've ever made, I'm beyond satisfied!!

Very nice small apartment in Hannam, a mostly residential area but with plenty of restaurants nearby. Very easy to commute to anywhere in Seoul from this location. Apartment was clean, warm (weather was quite cold) and comfortable. Definitely recommend for anyone staying more than a couple of days in Seoul who wants to stay in a more quiet area to get quality sleep.

There was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom. But it was only slight and didn't cause us any issues. Also, stairs leading up to the property were a little narrow, so a little awkward with suitcases.

All amenities were provided, everything from shampoo and body wash to phone charging cables, everything needed for a long stay. The place was clean and had lots of notes around in multiple languages to describe how to use items in the property. Washer and drier made things so much easier for us. Great communication with the host.

It took a little time to get used to finding the shortest way to the accommodation - but that is normal for Seoul, and in a way had its charm.

The hostess was very attentive and helpful! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, in a good area not too far from public trasport and good stores. Staying with Saty Hannam was a very pleasant, comfortable experience and I will happily recommend the accommodation to others interested in visiting Seoul.

As the apartment wasn't recently built you couldn't flush toilet paper but that didn't bother us.

The apartment was located in a residential area in Seoul and it was fascinating to see how the people in the city live. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. You could get anywhere in the city from the nearest metro station. The apartment was really charming and clean and the host was so friendly and helpful.

It was a bit cold at night (in March), I didn't understand how to make the heating work.

Great position, walking distance to restaurants and bars in Itaewon. It's decorated very nicely and it has the vibes of a very typical Korean apartment. Comfortable for 3-4 people.

Space limited for more than 4 people inside the house in common areas (kitchen and living room in winter will be packed coz you can only eat indoor). Unfortunately our shower broke on New Year’s eve so it couldn’t be repaired in time.

Location- near grocers, eateries, coffee shops, pharmacy, bakery, HALAL MEAT SHOP, bus stops. House fully equipped - microwave, rice cooker, washing machine, iron, AC, charging cables & adapters, kitchen fully useable, tea & coffee provided. Toiletries provided - just bring a toothbrush. Master bedroom was roomy, the second bedroom was cozy. Outside balcony is great for meals except in winter (too cold 🥶). Neighbourhood was quiet. Host was great!😊
