Noise from the street during the night.

Near to the airport and shopping areas and the nearby restaurants are good. The opposite is just the duty-free shop. The staff are helpful and easy to communicate in English. Room is comfy and clean.

The amenities really bad

Staff and service is good. They are very helpful Amenities they offered including as 5 stars hotel is really bad. Never experience 5 stars hotel that need to pay the gym.

It was a bit annoying to have to pay to use the pool (and Other facilities) each time as a family of 4 (although we did get off peak rates and were expecting this).

Great hotel in a good location with friendly staff. We booked this at the airport on a deal as our other accommodation was on the other side of the island not not convenient for our tour. The bakery and shop in the Lobby were very convenient with good fresh options. Great pool. The Thai restaurant was really good also.

The hotel room is a bit small, and I think some hotel accessories like razor blade and toothpaste should have been included with the price we've paid. Netflix subscription could have been provided instead of using ours. Pool access could also have been included instead of as an extra.

Hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff are very helpful with our luggage.

we payed for the room and the breakfast at the last day we leaved early in the morning at 6:00 am we asked to prepare for us a breakfast box or to retain money for 1 breakfast- the answer was "not" in this 2 cases it is not fair !

The hotel is large and staff friendly, but it feels a bit impersonal for a 5 star hotel. The hotel was not able to assist us with booking a cab to the airport in the morning. Just gave us a phone number.

Hotel facilities: Swimming pool - cost about 20000won per pax for access. Couple of access costs about 40000 won, which is very expensive.

Location: Central and surrounded by tonnes of shops, restaurants, cafes and etc Service: Ample of staff and provide good service, taxi booking, luggage service and etc Room: Big space, 2 beds with one sofa. Quite a number of TV shows (Netflix and etc) Parking: Come with two levels of parking next to the hotel.

Location is central to Jeju cbd - but spaced out. Lots of amenities to relax after you have done Jeju's nature and theme parks

Cleaning not satisfatory. Old stains on carpet and hairs in the sink. It takes away some of the experience to have to pay extra for every little thing you do. For the price you pay, it feels so cheap to pay for the pool, extra water, a toothbrush. Nowhere else in the world, you would be charged like that in a five star hotel.

Comfortable bed, no noise. Nice outdoor facilities. Super dinner at the Akii restaurant. Helpful staff.

Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, but prices for other food items were a little too high

After our fiasco withe the pickup driver, the hotel was very understanding and were checked quickly. Everything from that point was as advertised.
