Owner was very accommodating and polite. Room was quite big, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Location is also very accessible and near the train station. There were even free snacks and coffee. Would definitely stay there again.

The host is so friendly and nice. The room is budget friendly, clean & comfortable. They even have washing machine, cold & hot water dispenser, microwave & free snacks. I love the tea served and I even bought the same from a mart as souvenir :) perfect location, near to subway station and bus stops. 2 cvs are very near to this guesthouse for you to grab foods and daily essential. The area is also safe for those who is coming back here at night. Everything is perfect for the first timer travelling in South Korea. Highly recommended. Definitely will stay here again in the future when visiting Seoul.

A small shelf for clothes would be useful to have

The place is located very close to Sindang metro station, which is very well connected. I liked the fact that this was a pretty local area, not many tourists around. There is a 24/7 convenience store less than 100 m away and Seoul Central Market is close by - super tasty local food. The owner is very helpful and made my stay very pleasant and indeed joyful! There is a free washing machine+dryer available for use as well. It is clean, quiet and comfortable. All in all, I would recommend this place 100%! Definitely coming back when I visit Seoul again!

There is a shortcut to reach the accommodation from the main road that we weren't aware of. We discovered it on the second day but it would have been easier to move the luggage before check-in through this route.

The property has exactly what you need for a short budget stay -- nothing less or nothing more. All facilities (AC, wifi, fridge, dehumidifier, shower) were perfectly functional. The location, close to Sindang metro (Line 2 and Line 6) and next to frequent bus routes, was extremely convenient. Most landmarks and local markets are only around 30 minutes away. Above all, the hospitality of the host (prompt replies to every question, help during check-in and check-out and the kindness/ patience) made it a joyful stay indeed!

When I arrived, there were some black long hairs on the floor from possibly the previous customer. Due to the wet bathroom, you will find small crawling bugs that come from the drain, but they run away when they see you so it’s not that bad.

Great position, very well connected to the rest of the city. The room was actually great considering the price. Towels are always available as well as water, tea and coffee. The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a small room so you can avoid getting water in the bedroom when you shower. I had a small issue at 10:30 pm with the room key and the host came extremely quickly and fixed it immediately!! Thank you so much

It's a very budget friendly place if you need a place to stay. The service was excellent, they helped us alot when we were unsure. The place is also close to the subway line 2 and line 6, it's perfect if you plan to move around in Seoul! Everything was provided from soap to towels, and most important of you go here on summer, AC.

We could have used a wardrobe instead of a second desk, and more plugs, but we managed.

Even if the reviews are great, don't expect great and you'll be fine. It's a basic accommodation, small room, a bit dated, no view, no common areas. But it was good for what we needed. Friendly and polite, clean, quiet, comfortable, very good location (Metro station 1 minute walk) and it had pretty much everything we needed for a very good price. So we were happy with it. Thank you very much!

If you get your room upstairs, be prepared to bring up & down your luggage using the stairs but not to worry as the host is always willing to help carry your luggage to your room so nothing that I didn't like actually with the affordable price we get.

Easy access to subway & airport limousine bus. Drop off luggage before the check-in time & big size towel provided are definitely a plus point. The subway is just a few meters away. Laundry is provided as well. The host is very quick to respond & attend to your needs. Definitely worth repeating in the future.
