Laundry🧺 and healthy breakfast, room is clean, self check in and check out machines, everything you need already inside.

It is a nice, clean place. Staff was responsive to problem I have noticed.

Lack of English speaking staff at the lobby, or clear signs in other language than Korean. Smoking and cigarettes are at the entrance to the hotel.

Cockroach in my room and I killed it.

Has everything you need for a good price. The room was clean and the family room was big enough for 3 people. The checkin and checkout was convenient with the self-terminal.

At night it was a bit inconvenient to find a parking lot. But after searching we always found a spot close to the hotel

Very uncomfortable experience as a foreigner, nobody wants to help you and they seem annoyed that you’re there. The guy in the car park was extremely rude, shouting at us every time we were parking (demanded us to get out car just for him to re park in exact same place) and then angry that we didn’t understand him. We also left the car in the car park with a full tank and in the morning it had less than half a tank left. Cant be sure what happened and if it was hotels fault but overall feeling was that we were not wanted here. We tried to communicate with other staff as well to be ignored to our face. Do not stay if you’re a foreigner.

Breakfast had enough variety to choose from. Room was very small but sufficient for 1 person. It had the basic amenities (shampoo, body gel and conditioner) Bed is comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well.

The bathroom does not have a curtain in the shower. So everything gets wet after shower. The room has a light with a movement sensor that activated when I moved in the bed. The towels are pretty small.

It was easy to check in and check out. The location was great for shopping around.

The room could be much cleaner.

Amazingly modern, clean, well-located, perfect for a cheap and cheerful stay in Jeju.

Nothing

Dislike most of the things except the body wash. Body wash was Jeju tangerine aroma!

We have reserved 4 rooms for a group of 7. However, air-condition system of 2 rooms were out of order. The room temperature was even 32 degree Celsius while we had set it to 19 degree. The security guard of the car park could not speak English. It took more than 30 mins for communication with the aid of Google translation.

It was clean and nice. The location was great too, near the market and not too far from the beach.
