How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Verified reviewThe space room is huge, It is very close to the Hanok Village, and it is easy to access it, the breakfast is a buffet and you have few options to chose.
The staff does not speak English so much, in the rooms you can hear the noise of the rooms next door, that was very annoying and also the cleaning is performed very late and they just go inside without boundaries; also there was no water dispenser, just the couple of little bottles they left you, thankfully there is GS25 very close to buy it.

Some standard information for foreign tourists in the email sent would be helpful - for instance, how to navigate from the train station to the hotel. Similarly some recommendations about restuarants. It was very wet whilst we were staying - there is no onsite dinner offering, and if you are not a native speaker there is no ready way to order in. The pool was not included in the price of the hotel - this is not really reflected in the high price per night tag. Having stayed all over the world it would be standard to include it. The fee for using the pool was exorbitant $70 AUD, and we weren't allowed to sit on any seats on the pool deck, so it wasn't even a pleasant experience on the pool deck. The room was nice enough, but the floors were very scruffy, and the refreshments were only refreshed fully on the second day, suggesting that the room servicing wasn't done fully.

Verified reviewThe location is amazing. The room was lovely and the breakfast buffet was very nice. The staff at breakfast were extra nice.
The gentleman who checked us in didn’t do a good job. I filled out the form and he himself put in the car plate number. When we wanted to leave the parking at 0846, the machine said we had to pay for the parking. We had to go back up to the reception for them to correct. Also he had problems changing dollars to local currency and in the end someone else came over to do it.

Swimming pool closed and no sun loungers either - booked fhis hotel precisely for the pool. Spa non existent or closed. No outside space. Staff not that friendly. I do not like having them look at their watch whenever I entered breakfast. Rude.
