Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

DenmarkThe only thing we didn’t like very much about the hotel was the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t very functional—it was a bit impractical to take a shower because the water would go everywhere. Another issue was the lack of towel hangers, which made things slightly inconvenient. Other than that, everything was perfect!
Perfect location! We loved taking the bus during our stay in Seoul, and the hotel is very well connected to multiple bus lines—much better than taking the metro. Riding the bus allows you to actually see the city as you travel. We stayed in one of the Corner Suites, which was very spacious—perfect for big suitcases and unpacking all your shopping. The hotel staff were lovely, especially one of the staff members who helped us on several occasions and even gave me a breakfast coupon for my birthday. Such a thoughtful gesture!.

United KingdomGood location for getting a bus, but metro is about 10/15 min walk away. Buses are so frequent though it didn't matter!
Really lovely stay in Seoul, near the palaces. Staff were extremely friendly and recommended us a great dinner place on our first night. Room was always cleaned well and facilities for washing in the basement.

Germany- There was no air conditioning. Our room was always super warm and we were advised to open the windows but then it was loud. - Sockets missing around the room
- Nice location close to Gwanjang market, a nice restaurant area, convenience stores and close to bus stops. - The hotel has all you need. Also an affordable laundry service (we did a load of laundry for only 5.000 won). - The staff was super kind and helpful. Thank you so much! - A beautiful rooftop with a nice view to a palace

CambodiaThe night time receptionist on the 3rd night that we stay was a bit odd. He talked to us like we are his enemies. We had a problem with the dry clean machine and we asked him how to fix it and he told us he couldn't do anything with his angry tone. He answered without listening to the details of the problem.

LithuaniaIt was very hot in the room even with open windows. Breakfast wasnt that good because when we were coming to the restaurant, around 9.00, a lot of things were missing from buffet, otherwise they had a pretty good selection of foods. Almost no fruits or fresh vegetables
It was a good location, close to different bus stops. Our room was pretty spacious, nice bathroom, comfy beds.

SingaporeThe position of the floor drain in the washroom is poorly situated, leading to higher chances of flooding the washroom if the water splashes out of the bathtub.
Receptionist was kind enough to help keep away our bags in storage when we couldn't check in early, and subsequently we were checked into a room with a view of the grounds of the nearby palace. Good and comfortable beds with a decent attached washroom.

BelgiumThat our flight changed the departing time and we had to leave early!
Everything was on spot at this hotel. It is conveniently located next to Changgyeonggung and at 15min walking from DDP. The room, bathroom and the lobby were spotless, the bed so comfortable and the staff very helpful. To my favorite clerk at the Front Desk, yes you with the Ronaldinho phone cover, THANK YOU for all the good infos about the city and the restaurants you gave us. We appreciate it a lot!! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends :)

AustraliaThe room’s aircon would only operate when the keycard was in, which I understand was an energy saving measure but it did mean we would walk into a hot room more often than not. My partner is vegetarian and there were few to none options for her that we could see. Would have been nice if we could have turned off the automatic sensor lights at the entrance at night.
Staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The rooms were kept very clean and were looked after attentively. Decent enough room in the hotel plus a small gym and rooftop garden. Overall was very pleasant and good value for our stay.
